    Jean Kneeppel, age 89, of the Town of Cambria died Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Amherst, NY. Jean was born on May 7, 1932 in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Stafford and the late Mabel (Burtwell) Lampman. Jean graduated from Wilson H.S class of 1949. She married Duane H. Kneeppel on December 28, 1949, he predeceased her on October 04, 1988. Jean retired in 1990 from GM / Harrison Radiator after 30years as a Stock Room Clerk. She enjoyed spending time with her family and socializing. Surviving are her children; Duane H.(Pamela) Kneeppel Jr., Dennis H. Kneeppel, Cynthia Kneeppel and Douglas Kneeppel her sister in law’s, Sharon Carpenter, Marlene Lampman and Jacqueline Lampman; her grandchildren; Crystal (Don) Banker, Douglas Kneeppel Jr. and Desirae Kneeppel also 7 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brothers Gordon, Fred, and Jim Lampman.Private graveside and burial will be held in North Ridge Cemetery, Town if Cambria, NY.     Obituary of James Lampman

    James Lampman, age 82 of Lewiston, son of the late Stafford and Mabel (Burtwell) Lampman, passed away Monday January 29, 2018 at home under the loving care of his wife, Jacqueline and Niagara Hospice. They fought the battle with cancer together fiercely for three years.
    Jim (as he was known) worked as a research technician for both National Carbon Co. and Airco Spear Electronics from the mid 1950's to the mid 1970's. Jim and his wife owned and operated several restaurants including Jimmy's, the Wilson House, and Ridgeview Restaurant and Dairy Bar. He also worked as a Supervisor for the Maid of the Mist Corp.
    Jim was a 60 year member of the Ransomville Masonic Lodge # 551 F&AM. He had a love for  motor homes, and traveled throughout the U.S. in their motor home for 20 years.
    Jim is survived by his loving wife Jacqueline (Polewicz Wagner) Lampman; his daughters,Vicki (John) Gensler, Kim (Todd) Bassinger, and Jennifer Lutman; his sons, Steven (MJ) Lampman and Jim (Dee) Lampman, Jr.; his grandchildren, Janelle, Josh, Kelly, Erinne, Anna, Jeremy, Michael, Seth, and Rachel; five great grandchildren; and two sisters, Jean Kneeppel and Sharon Carpenter. He was predeceased by a son, Gregory Lampman and two brothers, Gordon and Fred Lampman.
    Friends may call at HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES, N. Fourth & Ridge Streets, Lewiston on Thursday, February 1, from 3- 6 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice

He is the son of the late Duane H. and the late L. Jean (Lampman) Kneeppel Sr. Doug graduated from Wilson H.S class of 1977. He retired from the GM Chevrolet Plant in Tonawanda, NY in 2009 after 30 years as a team leader and fork truck operator. Doug enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, and his beloved dog Cole. His passion was working on cars.He is survived by bis children, Douglas H. Kneeppel Jr. (Sara Zastrow) and Desirae Kneeppel; his siblings, Duane H. (Pam) Kneeppel Jr., Dennis H.
