    Boleslaus (Ben) Lisiak, 59, of
    33 First Ave., died unexpectedly
    Thursday (April 30. 1964)
    in DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
    He was a life-long resident
    of this city and was employed
    by the Sportservice Corp.,
    Buffalo, and was a member
    of the Holy Name Society of
    Our Lady of Czestochowa.
    He is survived by his wife,
    Irene Frydel Lisiak; three
    sons, D a n i e l Lisiak, Perry,
    N.Y., Jerald Lisiak and Medard
    Lisiak, both at home;
    two daughters, Mrs. John Yolanda
    Chase and Miss Melaine
    Lisiak, both of this city; three
    sisters, Miss Vera Lisiak, Mrs.
    Frances LeGros and Mrs.
    Donald (Freda) Verrall, all of
    this city; and six grandchildren.
    Prayers will be said at 9:30
    a.m. Monday at the Skomski
    Funeral Home, followed by a
    Requiem Mass at 10 a.m. at
    Our Lady of Czestochowa
    Church. Burial will be in
    Mount Olivet Cemetery,

She is survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear and special friends. No prior visitation, friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, January 11th at 9:30 AM from Our Lady of Czestochowa R. C.
