    EAST-WILSON, Dec. 16 - Mrs. Minnie Smalling, 78, died last night at her home, Willow Rd. She was the widow of John Smalling. Mrs. Smalling had ben ill for five years. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Glenn Rohring, Town Line Rd., Mrs. Howard Bendt, Willow Rd., and Mrs. Morton Dysinger, Dysinger's Corners; six
    grandchildren; two great grandchildren, and one brother, Fred Poeller, Barker. Mrs. Smalling, daughter of Christine and John Poeller, came to this area when a child with her parents. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, North Ridge. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the family home and at 2:30 at St. Peter's Church, the Rec. Carl Oldach will officiate. Interment will be at North Ridge.

    Obituary of Morton E. Dysinger Jr,
    Morton E. Dysinger, Jr., age 90, of Wilson, husband of the late Mary Lou (Rohring) Dysinger entered into rest on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at home with his family. Morton was born on April 6, 1931, in Lockport, NY. He is the son of the late Morton E. and the late Iva (Smalling) Dysinger Sr. He graduated from Lockport H.S and then from Syracuse University with a bachelors degree He married Mary Lou Rohring on October 10, 1953. Morton served a term with the NY Army National Guard, he retired in 1990 at age 62 from the Carpenters Union LOCAL 289 previously working for Newfane Lumber and Truesdale Supply in Sanborn. Morton was a life member of the South Wilson Vol. Fire Co. and enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas and refinishing and remodeling wooden furniture. He is survived by two daughters, Theresa (Robert) Bentley of Wilson and Rosemary (Randy) Kroening of Wilson; his grandchildren, Nicolette Bezek (Joe Scibilia) , Joel (Ashley) Bezek and Joseph Davis; his step-grandchildren, Alexis (Marlon) Gammon, Kayla Bentley, and Dean (Erin) Davis.Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 13th from 3-7 PM at Hardison Funeral Home, 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. She was a 1941 graduate of Wilson High School and married Raymond K. Fredericks November 28, 1942 he predeceases her September 10, 1991. Janeta retired from Pfeiffers in 1988 and worked for many years at Kenzel Toys traveling with her son to tractor shows. A life long member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in North Ridge she was also a member of the Wilson Fire Company #1 ladies Auxiliary and then a founding member of the South Wilson Ladies Auxiliary and president along with other offices. Janeta was also a member of the Wilson Historical Society and loved gardening yard work scrap booking traveling spending time with her family and pets. Surviving is her daughter Randa L. Fredericks; son Kenneth R. (Hazel) Fredericks; sister Vivian J. (late Ralph) Austin all of Wilson. Also survived by several cousins. Private Services will be held at Acacia Park Cemetery. Arrangements by the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home 270 Young Street Wilson. Memorial Contributions to St. Peters Lutheran Church 4169 Church Road or Niagara Hospice 4675 Sunset Drive both in Lockport, NY 14094.

Viv graduated Wilson Central High School worked at the Wilson Bank Truesdell Hardware and Calkins Lumber in Sanborn with retirement as office manager and bookkeeper. She enjoyed traveling all over the US Canada and England. Surviving is a niece Randa Fredericks and nephew Kenneth (Hazel) Fredericks. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday September 13, 2016 10 A.M. in Acacia Park Chapel memorials to charity of one’s choice. Arrangements by Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home 270 Young Street Wilson.
