FRETTHOLD - Paul H. Age 99, of North Tonawanda, February 7, 2015 in Elderwood at Wheatfield Nursing Home. Paul was a former Vice President/Controller of the National Gypsum Co. retiring after 44 years of service. He was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church and served in various positions. Paul was an avid golfer. He was the son of the late Rev. Paul H. and Anna (Joesting) Fretthold. He was the husband of the late Adeline (nee Schultz) and Elizabeth (nee Schurkus) (Doebler). He was the brother of the late Carl Fretthold. Beloved father of Paul (Sharon) Fretthold and John (Kathy) Fretthold, both of North Tonawanda; grandfather of Steven (Fiancee Colleen), Christine, Kevin, Andrew, Allison and Joanna; brother-in-law of Dolores Fretthold; uncle of several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the FRETTHOLD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Sunday and Monday from 4-7 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM from St. Mark Lutheran Church, the Rev. Keith Knupp will officiate. Interment in St. Mark Lutheran Cemetery.
