    Notes:

On September 3, 2020, with his loving wife and three devoted children present at his bedside, Vincent Thomas Bianco, passed from this life and into his new life in the arms of our Lord. Born on March 26, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York, Vinnie was the son of the late Salvatore and Lucy Bianco.
Vinnie’s family moved to Niagara Falls in 1956.  He graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1957.  Vinnie married Cynthia Granto on June 24, 1967 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church.  They were married for fifty-three beautiful years.  A dedicated and proud husband, father, and Papa, besides his wife, Cynthia, he is survived by children Vincent (Diane), Adam (Deanna), and Mia (Haleigh), and his precious, precious grandsons, Vincenzo Antonio and Santino Salvatore.
Vinnie was always working. As a young sixteen-year-old, he was employed at Moore Business Printing.  After high school, he soon was hired by the United States Government at the Nike-Hercules Missile Base on Grand Island after receiving a Top Secret Clearance. He began work there as a missile technician and soon was promoted to a Sergeant E5 Supervisor of Security.  With the closing of the Base in 1970, Vinnie worked at the Niagara Falls Board of Education as an audio-visual technician.  He soon became interested in pursuing a professional career and received both a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Science in Education from Buffalo State College. He received his teaching certification in 1977. He ended his varied work career as an inspector for the City of Niagara Falls.
Vinnie is predeceased by his brother Salvatore Bianco (survived by wife Diane) and infant brother Anthony Bianco, as well as his Uncle Mike and Aunt Millie Cioffi.   He is survived by his brother William (Diana) Ciminello, and sister Ann Ciminello. He is also survived by brother-in-law Carmen (Jean) Granto as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins here in Niagara Falls, Rochester, and Long Island, NY.
Vinnie enjoyed his life. The simple things in life meant a lot to him…family, faith, and friends.  He held strong spiritual beliefs, and he loved being with his family and close friends. He enjoyed working on political campaigns and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He collected every Joni James and Al Martino album ever made.  Vinnie was a lifelong and avid fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Montreal Canadiens, and the Chicago Bears. Most of all, Vinnie was a decent and honest person. No one would ever hear him speak badly about anyone.  He was never envious or jealous of another person’s life or success. He was truly a good person and he will be greatly missed.  The family celebrates his life and recognizes how hard it is to say goodbye to him, but knows that they will not stay in sorrow because he is no more, rather, they will live in happiness and remembrance that he was.
