    Final rites for Mrs. Mary Anne Gray of Niagara Falls, N.Y., will beheld Wednesday at 12 a.m. in Niagara Falls at St. .Paul's Methodist Church. Burial will follow in nearby North Ridge, N.Y.
    Mrs. Gray, mother of Mrs. Ernest Hogge of Danville, died Wednesday in Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital where she was employed as a registered nurse. She died as a result of a traffic collision while enroute to work.
    She was the widow of Devillo H. Gray, who died in 1965. Besides Mrs. Hogge, she leaves another daughter, Mrs. John Powers of West Seneca, N.Y., two sons, Devillo H. Gray of Lewiston, N.Y., and Bruce D. Gray of Niagara Falls; and nine grandchildren.

    Shirley Alice Powers 
    of Akron entered into rest November 22, 2020. She was born on December 2, 1936 in Niagara Falls, NY to Devillo and Mary Gray.
    In 1958, she graduated from State University of NY Teachers College at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Science. After a 30+ year career teaching first grade at Allendale Elementary School, Shirley retired in 1995 and set out on numerous traveling adventures as a leader of the Hamburg Senior Citizens Travel Club. Not content to do local bus trips, Shirley took the group far and wide with trips to New York City, the Grand Canyon, California, Alaska, Hawaii, and many other locales.
    Shirley was predeceased by her husband John Powers and her siblings Devillo Gray, Bruce Gray and Aileen Hogge. She is survived by her sons Steven Powers, David (Linda) Powers and daughter Alison (Joseph) Paluchak. Shirley was proud grandmother to David and Samantha Powers and JoAllie and Bryleigh Paluchak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
    Due to the COVID restrictions future arrangements will be made at the convenience of the family.
