    Antoinette Cornacchia Tiede, 93, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on February 16, 2024 at Schoellkopf Health Care Facility.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Mary Cornacchia.
    Antoinette was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.  On October 1, 1949, she married Alfred R. Tiede, Sr.  Mr. Tiede predeceased her on June 19, 1997.  Antoinette began working at Ambassador Leather Goods and Hooker Chemical Company. She was also employed for 20 years with AM & A’s and later the Bon Ton at the Summit Park Mall.  She was a member of the Cristoforo Colombo Society and the Madonna Soccorsso Society.  Antoinette enjoyed sewing, crocheting and flower gardening.
    Antoinette is survived by her children, Debra (Michael) Pasqualichio, Karl (Carol) Tiede, and James Tiede; her grandchildren, Eric, Brett, Thomas, Dana, Kimberly, Michele, Joseph and Tiffany; 10 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her husband of 47 years, she was sadly predeceased by her son, Alfred R. Tiede, Jr, her grandson, Karl William Tiede, as well as her siblings, Theresa (late Nick) D’Aloise, Emily (late Sozzi) Mattoni, Loretta (late Frank) Bruccoleri, Joseph D. Montie, Rose (late John Puglia) Parker, and Joseph Cornacchia.
    Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 20 from 3 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304.  Antoinette’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 21 at 10:00 AM in Prince of Peace Church 1055 N. Military Road Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Please assemble at church. Interment in Riverdale Cemetery. Memorial offerings may be made to Prince of Peace Church.     Theresa D’Aloise, 93 of Lewiston, NY, passed away on November 23, 2021 at Schoellkopf Health Center in Niagara Falls, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Mary Cornacchia. 
    Theresa attended local schools, graduating from Niagara Falls High School.  On July 27, 1948 she married Nick L. D’Aloise at St. Joseph Church in Niagara Falls, NY.  Mr. D’Aloise predeceased her on March 16, 2020 after 72 years of marriage.  Theresa began working at Ambassador Leather goods prior to becoming Certified with New York State in food service and working at St. Joseph’s Elementary School as Head Cook for over 30 years.  She was well known for creating her pizza puffs, which were served on Fridays at lunch.  She was a lifelong member at St. Joseph Church, Madonna Del Soccorso, Maria del Carmine Society, and the Cristoforo Colombo Society.  She was chairman of the St. Joseph Table and was also Bingo Chairman for numerous years. 
    Theresa is survived by her children Sheila (Robert) DiFrancesco, Joel D’Aloise, US Army LTC Retired, and Shelley (Gerry Wozniak) D’Aloise; 2 grandchildren, Lauren and Jonathan; a great-granddaughter, Madyson; her sister Antoinette (late Alfred R.) Tiede, Sr. as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was predeceased by her siblings, Emily (late Sozzie) Mattoni, Loretta (late Frank) Bruccoleri, Joseph D. (late Marjorie) Montie, Rose (late John Puglia) (late Sidney) Parker and Joseph Cornacchia.
    The family would like to sincerely thank the 1st Floor Office, Nursing and Activities Staff of Schoellkopf Health for the excellent care given to Theresa.
     Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 28, 2021 from 2 – 6 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will begin at 9:45 AM on Monday followed by Theresa’s Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY.  Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings in Theresa’s honor may be made to Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church Restoration Fund.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.

    NIAGARA FALLS —
    Alfred R. "L.T.D." Tiede, Jr., 59, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed from this life, unexpectedly, on Sunday, May 26, 2013 at his residence. Born on February 10, 1954 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Antoinette (Cornacchia) Tiede of Niagara Falls, NY and the late Alfred R. Tiede, Sr.
    Mr. Tiede was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY. Alfred attended local schools and graduated from the former Trott Vocational High School. He worked as an Automotive Mechanic for various local repair shops. Mr. Tiede was an animal lover.
    In addition to his mother, Mr. Tiede is survived by three siblings, Debra (Michael) Pasqualichio of Lockport, NY, Karl (Carol) Tiede of Lewiston, NY and James Tiede of Niagara Falls, NY; eight nieces and nephews, Joseph Pasqualichio, Tiffany McGovern, Eric Tiede, Brett Tiede, Dana Dunn, Thomas Tiede, Kimberly Tiede and Michele Tiede; and three great-nieces and great-nephews, Courtney Dunn, Charles Dunn and Bianca Tiede. Alfred is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by one nephew, Karl Tiede.
    The family will be present to receive friends on Wednesday, May 29th from 4-8 PM in the Chapel of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007). A private graveside committal service will be held on Thursday in Riverdale Cemetery in Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one's choice.
