    Jerome Sherwood Chambers entered into rest on June 21, 2002. Born October 31, 1945, in Niagara Falls NY, he was the son of Jerome W. and Margaret (Cummings) Chambers.
    Jerome worked at Harrison Radiator as a forklift driver, where he retired from. He is survived by his beloved children Roxanne (Derrick) Murray and Jerome (Susan) Chambers. Cherished grandfather of Jerome (Carrie) Chambers, Alexxis Dombkiewicz, Mercedes Dombkiewicz, and Emerald (Louis) Puckett. Great grandfather of Gia, Izabel, Jade, Axel, and Baileigh. Dear brother of Donna Florio and Cindy Birmingham. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends Danielle and Juanita.
    There will be no prior visitation. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
