    Notes:

    Obituary

Joel Robert Ryndak, of Cambria, New York, entered the Lord’s kingdom suddenly on the morning of August 17, 2023. He was 20 years old.
Joel was born May 9, 2003 to Lawrence J. Ryndak and Kiersten A. (Maska) Ryndak in Williamsville, NY.  He is survived by his sister, Morgan R. Ryndak; grandparents, Gordon and Colleene Maska, Stella and the late Joseph Ryndak; his rescue cat, Timbo; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Joel was a talented kid, having started playing hockey at the age of 5, and learning to skate on his grandfather’s home ice rink years before that. He eventually went on to become a goalie for many teams in the Buffalo area, ending his career with the Wheatfield Blades and Starpoint High School.
Upon graduation from Starpoint in 2021, he went on to get his associates degree from Ohio Technical College in Diesel Equipment Technology which he completed in March of 2023.  He stayed in Cleveland this summer after graduation as he was selected to complete a certificate in Generator Power Systems.   Joel started his career with Penn Power Systems in Buffalo, NY this August after he moved back home to Cambria.
To know Joel was to know how to laugh, not take life too seriously, work hard, and give to those around you. He was always someone you could count on for help - from the small things like letting your dog out to helping you put new brakes on your car. He cared greatly for those around him - friends, family, coworkers.
Visitation will be Monday August 21st  from 4-8PM at Rhoney Funeral Home, 5893 Hoover Road, Sanborn NY.
Funeral service will take place Tuesday August 22nd at 10AM at Immaculate Conception Church in Ransomville, NY.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please make a donation to the Niagara County SPCA or Tunnels to Towers in Joel’s honor.
