    Dennis James Mort, age 65, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away March 27, 2018. Dennis was born January 22, 1953 in Niagara Falls, New York, son of the late Roy B. G. Mort and Lillian Grace (Pack) Mort.
    Dennis was a graduate of LaSalle High School in 1971. He worked as a slot machine mechanic for 20 years with the Hilton Flamingo in Las Vegas. Dennis loved working on old cars and old houses, he will be dearly missed, especially by all he helped during his life.
    He is survived by his sister, Alice (Mort) Graham of Texas; and brother, Paul Mort, of Arizona. Predeceased by brother, Roy G. Mort of Florida. Also survived by three nephews; one predeceased nephew, James D. Mort; and two nieces along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.
    Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.

    KATY, TX - Sandra Diane Quick was born on May 21, 1937, in Niagara Falls, NY, to Raymond Wilhelm Schultz and Edna May Pack Schultz. On February 12, 1954, she married Donald Russell Quick. She lived in Niagara Falls all of her life prior to moving to Katy, TX, in 1993. Sandra passed away in Katy, TX, on Monday, April 22, 2013, at the age of 75 years. She is survived by her children, Valerie and her husband, Kevin Hallam of Spokane Valley, WA, Russell and his wife, Shelley Quick of Katy, TX, Linda and her husband, Steve Irvin of Katy, TX, and Debra and her husband, Mark Rayborn of Boston, MA; seven grandchildren, Steven and his wife, Zoey Hallam, Brandy and her husband, Mario Roybal, Gina Quick, Laci Frank, Dustin Irvin, Ashley Irvin and Lauren Irvin; and her great- grandchildren, Cooper, Emerson, Devin, Haley and Sydney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Quick; parents; and her sister, Delores. Visitation will be held from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM on Sunday, April 28, 2013, at the Schmidt Funeral Chapel, in Katy, where funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM on Sunday, with Pastor Emmanuel Jackson officiating. Friends are invited to continue the Celebration of Sandra's Life at the 510 Bar and Grill, located at 510 S. Mason Road, Katy, TX 77450. A private, family only burial will be held at Houston National Cemetery. Funeral services held under the direction of Schmidt Funeral Home, 1508 East Avenue, Katy, TX  77493;

    Sandra married QUICK, Donald on 12 Feb 1954 in Niagara Falls, Niagara County, NY. Donald was born in Sep 1932; died in May 2001 in Katy, Harris County, TX. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
