Henry Thiele dies; operator of dairy
NORTH TONAWANDA - Henry C. Thiele, 63, owner and operator of the Thiele Dairy and Bakery Corp., died Tuesday (May 16, 1978) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda he was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church of North Tonawanda. Surviving are his wife, Eileen (Hartman) Thiele, one daughter, Carole Thiele of the Town of Wheatfield; one son, Earl of Fern Park, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Irene Barrett of North Tonawanda and three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St., today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Robert L. Rickus officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to St. Matthew Lutheran School Building Fund the family said.
