Milsap (nee Vallett), age 80, of North Tonawanda, passed away on July 29, 2014. Mrs. Milsap was born on June 25, 1934 in Buffalo, daughter of the late Leeman and Marion Vallett. Jean was a longtime volunteer at the Niagara Lutheran Health System. She was a member of the former St. Peter's Ev. Lutheran Church and a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church. Beloved wife of the late Leroy Milsap, who passed away in 2009; loving mother of Wendy L. (Keith) Lange and Bob S. (Tiffany) Milsap; devoted grandmother of Scott (Denise), Jeffrey (Jaime), Aaron (Joelle) and Athena; proud great-grandmother of Marissa, Matthew, Bridgette and Abby; dear friend of Bill Hollenbaugh; aunt of several nieces and nephews; predeceased by four brothers. Friends may call on Monday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the WATTENGEL Funeral Home (New Location) 533 Meadow Dr., North Tonawanda. Funeral Services on Tuesday at 10:00 AM from St. Martin Lutheran Church, 322 Old Falls Blvd. The Rev. R. Devie Ellis officiating. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
