    Shirley M. Walck (Moll), age 77, of Niagara Falls, was called to her heavenly home after a brief illness, on January 12, 2009 at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Born in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY on July 10, 1931 to the late Edward and Lydia (Schimshack) Moll. Shirley was predeceased by her loving husband, Gilbert E. Walck on August 22, 1988.She was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wheatfield, where she participated in many volunteer activities. For many years, Shirley was an active member of the Bergholz German Blaskapelle and enjoyed marching in parades, playing and singing in their concerts.Survivors include four children, Kathy (husband George) Thompson of Glastonbury, CT, Larry (wife Randy) Walck of Sanborn, Rebecca (husband John) Reger of Sarasota, FL, Michael (wife Gina) Walck of Tonawanda; a sister, Delores (husband Bill) Andrees of North Tonawanda; and five grandchildren, Jeffrey Thompson, Heather Cherico, Holly Walck, Brianna Walck and Aaron Reger.Friends may call at the DUBOIS FUNERAL HOME, 2436 Niagara Road (Bergholz), in Wheatfield, on Friday, January 16th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Ronald D. Oravec on Saturday, January 17th at 11:00 AM in St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, corner Niagara Falls Blvd. and Ward Road. Interment in Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran School, 6950 Ward Road, North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY 14120
