ALTAMONT -Charles W. Milleville, 52, of Peoria, formerly of Altamont, died
1:30 P.M. Saturday (May 23, 1992) in his home.
Services will be 11 A.M. Wednesday in St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church,
Altamont, with Dr. Robert Synder, interim pastor, officiating. Visitation will
be after 5 P.M. Tuesday in Kull Funeral Home, Altamont, and one hour before
services in the church Wednesday. Burial will be in St. Paul Evangelical
Lutheran Church Cemetery, Altamont. Memorials: Peoria Autistic Society c/o
Michael Milleville.
Mr. Milleville was born in Effingham on March 13, 1940, son of W.R. Jack
and Hazel Marie Hutchins Milleville. He was a businessman in Altamont for
seven years, a veteran of the U.S. Army, graduate of DeVry Technical Institute
in Chicago and a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was
employed as an electronics technician for the Rock Island Casino. He married
Margaret Swetland in the Church of Christ in Decatur on Jan. 28, 1966.
Surviving are his wife; father, W.R. Jack and Belva Davis Milleville of
Altamont; sons, Roy and wife Tina of Wakefield, Kan.; Michael Milleville at
home; sister, Nancy and husband Dale Smith of St. Joseph; granddaughter, Tara
Milleville; niece, Annette Marie Meier and nephew, Bradley Dale Smith.
His mother, a grandson in infancy and two nephews, Bryan and Randy Smith,
preceded him in death.
