    Mrs. Elizabeth Thiele. sixty-six years old, of the Shawnee road, near North Tonawanda, who underwent an operation at the Deaconess hospital, Buffalo, Sunday morning for embolism died at that institution Monday night. She was the widow of the late William Thiele and a life-long resident of Wheatfield. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Louis Belling, Mrs. William Schwarzenholz and Mrs. Earl Johnson; four sons, Robert, Adolph, William and Henry Thiele; thirteen grand children, one great grandchild, a sister, Mrs. J. G. Kuehn of Rutherford, N. J. and a brother, Fred Walck of North Tonawanda. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the late residence and half an hour later at St. Martin's church. Rev. Theo. Berner officiating. Burial will be in the St. Martin's cemetery.

    NORTH TONAWANDA, July 2.-Rites for Mrs. Ottelia Walck Kuehn, wife of John G. Kuehn, were conducted at her home in Rutherford, N. J., Monday afternoon. Mrs. Kuehn, who was 75 years old, formerly resided in this city and leaves many friends and relatives in this vicinity. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Alfred, of Rutherford, and Hugo, of New York City; three daughters, Mrs. Fred Kuehn and Mrs. Dudley Hopper, of Rutherford, and Mrs. Chester Sundbom, of Saginaw, Mich., and one brother, Fred Walck, of North Tonawanda.

    NORTH TONAWANDA - Mrs. Louise Thiele Belling, 65, died suddenly last evening of a heart attack at ther home, 682 Falls boulevard. Mrs. Belling was born in the town of Wheatfield and had resided at North Tonawanda the last 60 years. she was a member of St. Martin's Lutheran church and the Bon Bora Missionary society of St. Peter's Church, in Thompson street. She was the wife of the late Gustave A. Belling. She is survived by two daughters, Miss Irma Belling and Mrs. Harold Bracken; two sisters, Mrs. william Schwarzholz and Mrs. Earl R. Johnson of this city, and William G. Thiele of Lockport. The funeral will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at the home. The Rev. Theodore Berner will officiate. Interment will be in the White Chapel Memorial Park cemetery.

He was a life long resident of this city and a member of St. Martin's Lutheran Church. He was formerly employed by the Cramer Hardware Co. as a clerk for 49 years retiring in 1951. He was the husband of the late Apolonia Belling Thiele. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Benjamin G. Sattelberg, this city; two brothers, Adolph Thiele and William G. Thiele, Lockport; a sister, Mrs. Lenore Johnson, this city. Also surviving is a grandson of West Webster, N.Y. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday by Rev.     of the Thiele Coal and Feed
    Inc. 7497 Shawnee Road,
    Wheatfield, died today (Oct
    17, 1961) at DeGraff Memorial
    Hospital. He had been ill for
    several years.
    Mr. Thiele was a life-long
    resident of Wheatfield and
    was a member of St. Martin's
    Lutheran Church and the
    Brotherhood Society. In 1918
    Mr. Thiele and his brother,
    the late Henry Thiele, established
    their company. In Nov.
    1949, the business was incorporated
    and Mr. Thiele became
    president. His wife,
    Esther Belling Thiele, died
    Aug. 1955.

    Leonard Thiele Dies in Hospital
    NORTH TONAWANDA-Leonard Thiele, 50, of 7491 Shawnee Road, Wheatfield, died unexpectedly Thursday (July 2, 1964). He was stricken while at his place of business and was pronounced dead on arrival at DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
    Mr. Thiele was a lifelong resident of Wheatfield and, was co-owner of the Thiele Coal and Feed Corp. and co-owner also of the Witnauer Fuel Co. Inc.
    He was a member of St. Martin Lutheran I Church, in which he was a Sunday school teacher for 32 years and served on the Church Council for six years. He was also a member of the Thiele was a member of the church. (sic)
    In other associations, Mr. Theile was a member of the board of directors of the Niagara Savings and Loan Association, a director of the Empire State Petroleum Association, a member of the Oil Heat Institute of Buffalo. In the latter organization, he was chosen "Man of the Year" in 1962. He was a director of the Eastern Federation of Feed Merchants and formerly served on the United Community Fund campaign here.
    Survivors include his widow, Elizabeth Mackinsen Thiele; a daughter, Mrs. William (Marie) Cole; a son, Paul Thiele, and a brother, Eugene Thiele, all of this area.
    Friends may call at the Brunner Funeral Home until noon on Sunday. A service will be conducted in St. Martin Lutheran Church at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Rev. Luther Knauff officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Park.

    Town Justice's Wife Dies at 41
    NORTH TONAWANDA -Mrs. Helen Thiele Haseley, 41 of 4202 Lockport Road, Lockport, whose husband Gordon is town justice in Pendleton, died Sunday (Dec. 1, 1968) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital after an illness of a year. Born in this city, she was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church.
    In addition to her husband survivors include a son, Peter, and two daughters, Holley and Nancy, all at home; a brother, Henry Thiele and three sisters, Mrs. Douglas (Janette) Hartman, Miss Olga Thiele, and Mrs. Paul (Irene) Barrett, all of this city.

    of bullet wounds of the head

    Earl Johnson first came into

    40, about 18 months ago.
    He had come to the Domedion
    home to take an animal from
    a trap set by Douglas Domedion,
    17, the couple's son.
    Romance Blossoms
    This visit led to a friendship
    with the boy and later
    developed into a romance
    with Mrs. Domedion, the district
    attorney said. Lockport
    Police Chief Joseph Chausse
    said Mrs. Domedion admitted
    the friendship with the younger
    man.

    married in 1939, had an appointment

    Borrows Pistol
    Domedion told Mr. Earl he
    and Johnson met in Davison
    Rd. to discuss rights to visit

    was to have custoday.
    Domedion admitted he borrowed
    a nine millimeter Polish-
    make automatic pistol
    from a brother two weeks
    ago, purchased shdlls for it
    and engaged in target practice
    with the weapon. The gun
    was on the front seat of his
    1950-model sedan when he
    met Johnson, Domedion said.
    After telling Johnson he
    had a plumbing job at near
    by Niagara County Infirmary,
    Domediori said the two sat in
    Johnson's car and talked. He
    later decided to "frighten
    htm" he told Mr;nEarI,iand
    returned to his car for the
    pistoL
    He claimed the first shot
    went off accidentally when
    he chambered a cartridge. It
    struck Johnsbn in the' neck
    and went out the head, an
    autopsy revealed.
    Police said Domedion told
    them he became excited. The
    second shot struck the back
    window of Johnson's car. A
    third hit the injured man in
    the side.
    Five empty cartridges were
    picked up at the scene, Det.
    Sgt. Robert Buchanan said.
    Police Summoned
    The shooting was discovered
    by a Lockport motorist,
    James F. Judge, 24 Lakeview
    Pkwy., vice president of Ward
    Bros. Mill Supply Co., this
    city. He told police he stopped
    his southbound car when he
    saw "a man dragging another
    manjon the road."
    Domedion exclaimed, Mr.
    Judge told police, "I just shot
    this . . .;'• .He asked Mr,.
    Judge to call police. A second
    motorist. Donald O. Bryne
    1810 East Ave., who arrived
    on the scene a moment later,
    summoned police from a near-
    by procery store.
    ...The' arrest was made by
    Patrolman Daniel A. Harrington.
    Mr Johnson was appointed
    a game protector in Niagara
    . County in November 1957. He
    was a native of North. Tonawanda
    and the only son of
    Mrs- Earl Johnson, 1009 Nash
    Rd. North Tonawanda, who
    survives/ He was a graduate
    of North Tonawarida High
    School and served with the
    'Army in. Germany from 1948
    until 1952 He met his former
    wife; Henrietta; Neuman in
    Germany.

    ed to the German Shorthair
    ed Pointers Club and was a
    member of Friedens United
    Church of Christ, North Ton-
    awanda.

    His father, who died in
    1954, was secretary of the

    at 2:30 Wednesday at the
    Wattengell Funeral Home,
    North Tonawanda, by the Rev

    here for 15 years is a Navy
    veteran of World War II.
