Mrs. Charlotte Deutschman, 61 years old, wife of Ernest Deutschmann of No. 23 Tremont street, died at her home this morning. Besides her husband, three daughters, Mrs. C. L. Sommer, Mrs. George Stagg and Mrs. John Luckenheimer, a sister, Mrs. Orville Carney, and five brothers, Fred, Henry, John and George Zaggel of North Tonawanda and William Zaggel of Geneva, Ind. survive. The funeral will be held from the family home at 2:30 o'clock on Sunday afternoon. Burial will be in Sweeney cemetery.

Bertha Carney, 82 died today at her
home, 220 East Niagara street. Mrs
Carney was a lifelong resident of'
the Tonarandas She was a member
of the Salrni Evangelical and
Reformed church. Surviving are her
husband, Orvllle Carney, and a
brother, Fred Zaggel, of North Tonawanda.
Last rites will be held
Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the home.

Fred Zaggel, 81, Dies at His Home
Fred Zaggel, 81, of 75 Sweeney street, was found dead in his home at 6 p.m. yesterday. A lifelong resident and well known citizen of North Tonawanda, he was found by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Herman B. Sommer, who have been living with Zaggel since the death of his wife last spring.
Coroner Hnery C. Lapp said this morning that an autopsy showed that death was due to a heart condition. Zaggel, a former employee of the public works department of North Tonawanda, had been conducting a farm on Sweeney street in recent years, having retired as a city worker. He was a member of the Grace Lutheran church. He is survived by several nephews and nieces, residents of the Tonawandas. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 from the residence. The Rev. Hermann B. Miller will conduct the rites. Burial will be in Sweeney cemetery.

Street, after a month's Illness. H.e was

Benefit Fund. He is survlved by a wife,

Mrs. Lillian Stagg, 42 years old, died yesterday morning at her home 50 Bryant street after a weeks' illness with pneumonia. She was a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda. She is survived by her husband George Stagg; a daughter Ernestine C.; a father, Ernest Deutschmann, North Tonawanda and two sisters, Mrs. Charles Sommer of North Tonawanda and Mrs. Mae Lunkenheime of Buffalo.
The funeral will be held from the late residence Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock and half an hour later at the Grace Lutheran church, C. L. Braun officiating. Interment will be in the Sweeney cemetery. The service at the residence will be private.
