WITKOP - Frederick W. Witkop,
77, of North Tonawanda, Saturday
(October 27, 1984) at DeGraff Memorial
Hospital after a brief illness.
Mr. Witkop was a member of
Gratwick Fire Co. for 57 years, a
member of St. Paul Lutheran
Church (Old Falls Blvd), the Lutheran
Layman's League and was
also a North Tonawanda school
crossing guard.
He is survived by his wife, Viola
(nee Priding) Witkop; two daughters,
Mrs. William (Marlene) Leal
of California and Mrs. Jonathan
(Kathleen) Brauer of North Tonawanda;
a son, Thomas (Jacqueline)
Witkop of Riverhead, L.I.; six
grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs.
Ruth Jendrian of North Tonawanda
and Mrs. Josephine Moll of
Pendleton and several nieces and
nephews. A sister-in-law, Arlene
Witkop of North Tonawanda.
Friends may call at the Fretthold
Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St.,
at Ward Rd., North Tonawanda
TUESDAY 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday
at 11 a.m., from St. Paul
Lutheran Church. Interment St.
Paul Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of
flowers, memorials may be made to
St. Paul Lutheran Church. (29-30)
