    natives of Germany. Her late hus-
    band was at one time in the gro-
    cery business with the late former
    Deputy Election Commissioner
    Charles A. Kandt, in Main street,
    Lockport. She left Lockport 32
    years ago.
    Mrs. Williams was a member of
    Zion Evangelical Lutheran church,
    Munson avenue and Eighty-eighth
    street.
    She leaves two daughters, Mrs.
    Otto C. Sprung and Mrs. Arthur P.
    Millville, of Niagara Falls, one bro-
    ther, August F. Sy, Niagara Falls
    and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Urtel,
    Niagara Falls and Mrs. Rose Muel-

    Services will be held Tuesday at
    2 p.m. at the home and at 2:30
    at the church. Burial will be in
    Holy Ghost cemetery, Bergholtz.

    Mrs. Ferchen, 96, formerly of Bergholz, was born Elsie Mueller on Jan. 1, 1900, in the Town of Wheatfield.
    She enjoyed gardening and cooking.
    Her husband, Erich, died in 1973.
    She is survived by two sons, Nathan "Ollie" and Kenneth; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

    NIAGARA FALLS — Arthur W. Milleville, 87, passed away on December 1, 2013, at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence. He was born in Niagara Falls on July 30, 1926, the son of the late Arthur P. and Gertrude (Williams) Milleville.

    Arthur graduated from the original LaSalle High School in 1944. He briefly attended Niagara University before being drafted into the United States Army during World War II. He served in the Army Aviation Engineers as a Corporal of the 808 Regiment in the Pacific-Asiatic Theater from December 26, 1944, until his honorable discharge on November 11, 1946. He was the recipient of the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the World War II Victory Medal, the Philippines Liberation Ribbon and the Army Occupation Medal.

    After his honorable discharge, Arthur attended Valparaiso University in Indiana and graduated in 1950 with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in accounting and auditing. He held various jobs including Timekeeper at Wurlitzer, Internal Auditor at Bell Aircraft Corporation, Control Clerk at E.I. DuPont deNemours & Company, Accountant for the Chevy Division GM and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Chemical Division. He was an accountant and Administrative Assistant with the Department of State, Division of Cemeteries for Western New York for 29 years. After retirement he volunteered his services with SCORE through the Smal Business Administration.

    Arthur was Past Commander and lifetime member of the American Legion Wheatfield Post 1451. He was a NYS American Legion Chairman for Graves Registration and past member of the Bergholtz Fire Company and Sanborn Fire Company Bands, the Kiwanis Club of LaSalle, the LaSalle Sportsmens Club, and the Amherst Male Glee Club.

    Arthur was a lifelong member of Grace Lutheran Church in LaSalle and served as an usher and assistant scout master for their Troop 810. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and coaching his son in hockey. He enjoyed gardening and teaching his grandchildren the fine art of growing corn and pumpkins. He was also involved with the Inter-Club City Bowling League at Beverly Lanes for 20 years. Another passion he had was his family's German Culture. He belonged to the Wheatfield German Club and the Wheatfield Historical Society. Arthur loved history, reading books and sharing many stories of his younger life, helping with his family's dairy business.

    Arthur is survived by his wife of 56 years, Martha "Myra" (Smith) Milleville; his children, Bryce (Maryann) of New Fairfield, CT, and Kelly (Robert) Braham of Wheatfield, NY; four grandchildren, Bryce and Laura Milleville, Kyle and Kelsey Braham; sister-in-law, Patricia (late Dr. Matthew) Lanighan of Lockport; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Irma (late Robert) Read.

    There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service with military honors on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at 10 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, 736 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. Interment will be private in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery in the Town of Lewiston. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Milleville's name to Grace Lutheran Church or Valparaiso University, 1700 Chapel Dr., Valparaiso, IN 46383.     NIAGARA FALLS - Robert E. Kehoe, Sr., age 74, of Niagara Falls, entered into eternal rest on June 1, 2014, after a brief illness.

    He is survived by his three children, Cathy (Greg), Robert and Judy, and also his grand- children, Heather, Hailey, Robert, Alexandria and Randy.

    Doris Nan Denn, 83, of Lewiston, NY passed away peacefully on Monday, March 4, 2019 surrounded by family under the compassionate care of Niagara Hospice. Born on July 8, 1935 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the loving daughter of Norman and Marian (Kay) Urtel.
    Nan graduated from LaSalle High School in 1952 and went to work for the Carborundum Company as an Executive Secretary.
    She married Thomas Denn at St. Mary’s of the Cataract Church in Niagara Falls on June 18, 1966.
    Nan and her family were long-time members of the Niagara Falls Country Club where she was active in the annual Porter Cup golf tournament, serving as housing chairperson for many years. She loved playing bridge, reading and watching golf & tennis.  Her greatest joy was spending time at home with her family and enjoying the activities of her children and grandchildren.
    Nan was pre-deceased by her husband of 46 years, Tom.  She is survived by her son Steven (Susan) Denn, daughter Sharon (Darren) Larkins, and four grandchildren. 
    The family will be present on Wednesday, March 6 from 5:00-7:00pm at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 901 Cayuga St, Lewiston where a brief service will follow.
    Flowers are gratefully declined.  Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice.

    Age 73 of Townline Road, Sanborn, died at his residence on Sunday, May 27, 2001. Born in the Town of Wheatfield on July 9, 1927 to Edwin and Applonia (sic) (Stoelting) Mueller. A veteran of the U.S.. Marine Corps; he was employed as an equipment operator with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 463. Survivors include two daughters, Theresa Pufpaff of Sanborn; Lori Strablow of Palmyra, New York, a son, Thomas Mueller of Oviedo, Florida and six grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a sister Jeanette Walck. Private services will be held by the family, with no prior visitation.     NATHAN OLIVER FERCHEN "Ollie", age 95 of Bergholz, was called peacefully to his heavenly home on July 6, 2018, while at the Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on March 21, 1923, son of the late Eric and Elsie (Mueller) Ferchen. He was united in marriage to Shirley (Brooks) Ferchen on June 7, 1947. She preceded him in death on December 26, 2004. Ollie served in the United States Army during World War II, and received the Purple Heart. A lifelong member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, Bergholz; he was employed as a truck driver for Staffen Trucking, Tonawanda, the Town of Wheatfield, and Prezezio Trucking. Ollie was a member of the American Legion- Wheatfield Post 1451, the Bergholz German Band, and was an avid Yankees fan.
    Survivors include four children, DeEtte (husband Francis Giles) Ferchen, Charlene (Randall) Scherrer both of Bergholz, Russell (Karen) Ferchen of Lockport, and Justine (Richard) Wright of Bergholz; eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Bethany, Vanessa, Stephanie, Michele, Cindi, Joseph, and Tyler; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth (Muriel) Ferchen of Bergholz; and a brother in law, Joseph (Carole) Brooks.
    Friends may call at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield, on Tuesday (July 10) from 3-7 p.m. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Denton White, on Wednesday (July 11) at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, corner Niagara Road and Luther Street, Bergholz. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
