    STOELTING - Ruth W., age 70, of Town of Wheatfield, suddenly Friday, August 12, 1975 In Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Mrs.. Stoelting was a member of the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, the Women's Missionary League, the Ladies Aid Society, the Alter Guild of the Church, charter member of the Wheatfield Senior Citizens. Also charter member of the Bergholtz Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She is the wife of the late Erwin C. Stoelting. 2 sons, Marvin E. of Sanborn and Wayne C. Stoelting of the Town of Wheatfield: a daughter, Mrs. Leonard (Nancy) Wienke, Sanborn, 8 grandchildren, 3 sisters, Mrs. Eleanora Mellenthine and Mrs. Arthur (Mathilda Stoelting, both of the Town of Wheatfield, and Mrs. John (Dorothea) Bross of North Tonawanda; a brother, Wilbert Stenzel, Tonawanda; many nieces and nephews survive. The family will receive friends at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc.. 1241 01lver Street at Ward Rd., North Tonawanda from 7-9 p.m. Friday and 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Saturday. Services will be held in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church Sunday at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Albert W. Bahr will officiate. Interment In Holy Ghost Lutheran Cemetery. If so desired, memorials may be made to the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church Building Fund, the Lutheran Service Society of (sic) the Heart Fund. 8-22,23.

    Obituary of Marvin E. Stoelting
    Marvin E. Stoelting, age 86, of Pekin and husband of the late Phyllis (nee Mielke) Stoelting entered into rest on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at his home. Marvin was born on August 23, 1934 in North Tonawanda, NY, he is the son of the late Erwin and the late Ruth (Stenzel) Stoelting. He attended Niagara Falls High School. Marvin married Phyllis Mielke on August 25, 1956 at St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Pekin, she predeceased him in 2010. Marvin served in the United States Army from 1957 to 1959, he was stationed in Germany as an auto mechanic in the motor pool. Marvin worked his entire life at the family business Stoelting Machine Inc. in Bergholz as a machinist and Vice Present. He was a former elder for St. Andrews Lutheran Church, past President, EMT and life member of Tri-Community Ambulance Inc. Marvin was in the first EMT class held at NCCC. Marvin enjoyed hunting, working and spending time with family and friends at social gatherings and events.Surviving are his son Randy Stoelting; his sister Nancy (Leonard) Wienke; his grandchildren Justin (Katie) Stoelting, Kari (Nick) Piazza and Kaylee Stoelting, also surviving is a great granddaughter on the way; his sister in-law Karen Stoelting and several nieces and nephews. Marvin is predeceased by a son Kevin Stoelting in 2015 and his brother Wayne Stoelting in 2015.Funeral services will be held privately with his family.     Wayne C. Stoelting, age 77, of Bergholz, was called to his heavenly home at his residence on May 31, 2015 while under the care of his loving family and Niagara Hospice. Born May 17, 1938 in North Tonawanda, NY, he was the son of the late Erwin and Ruth (Stenzel) Stoelting.

    Wayne was the owner of Stoelting Machine, Inc. on Niagara Falls Blvd., a life long member of Holy Ghost Lutheran Church in Bergholz where he served as a past elder, school board president and basketball coach. He was also a member of the Bergholz Fire Company for 56 years and was a past president and chief, Niagara County Fire Association, Niagara County Chief's Association, WNYVFA, FASNY, Niagara County Sheriff's Snowmobile Patrol, Wheatfield Business Association, a founding member and past president of Tri-Community Ambulance Service, Inc., and founding member of the Bergholz German Band. Hobbies and interests included fast pitch softball, bowling, gardening, and spending quality time with his family.

    Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Karen (DeVantier) Stoelting, who were united in marriage on February 20, 1960; four children, Dennis (Diane) Stoelting, Gail (late Mark) Carrier, Laura (Steve) Rohring and Jonathan Stoelting; nine grandchildren, Christine, Hannah, Cory, Emma, Alex, Jake, Luke, Rachel and Grace; a brother, Marvin (late Phyllis) Stoelting; sister, Nancy (Leonard) Wienke; and several nieces and nephews.

    Friends may call at the DUBOIS FUNERAL HOME (731-3234), 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Philip N. Sallach, on Friday at 4:00 p.m. in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church, corner Niagara Road and Luther Street in Bergholz. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Ghost Lutheran Church & School, or to Niagara Hospice.

    Randy M. Stoelting, 62, of Ransomville and Pekin entered into rest unexpectedly on December 04, 2022, at ECMC. Randy was born on July 24, 1960, to the late Marvin and Phyllis (Nee Mielke) Stoelting. He attended Holy Ghost Lutheran School till 8th grade going on to graduate from Niagara Wheatfield High School and the University of Buffalo, receiving a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Randy worked for many years as a laborer with the family business, Stoelting Machine Inc. in the Hamlet of Bergholz, until his retirement. After retirement, he found himself carrying out the duties as a funeral assistant, being the “right hand man” to his dear close friends Stephen and Brad at the Hardison Funeral Home Inc. and helping Stephen assist several other funeral homes in the area. He loved to spend time with his family and friends going to raffles, parties and enjoying, food and a few cold Mountain Dews. Randy along with his parents and brother were life members of St. Andrew Lutheran Church. Randy his father, and brother were also life members of Tri-Community Ambulance Inc. with over 20 years of service His three children were his entire world, until his first granddaughter Lucy was born on December 3rd, 2020, Randy loved their weekly babysitting days, Tuesdays and Thursdays were Lucy and Papa days. On November 15th, 2022, his second granddaughter Alessia was born and even though their time together was short he absolutely loved her and cherished their time. Randy’s third granddaughter Clare joined this world on December 6th, 2022, shortly after his passing, but it was known that he already loved her and will continue to in spirit.Surviving are his children; Justin (Katie) Stoelting, Kari (Nick) Piazza, Kaylee Stoelting; his granddaughters, Lucy Stoelting, Alessia Piazza and Clare Stoelting; several aunts, an uncle, many cousins, and many dear friends who were more like family. Besides his parents Randy is predeceased by his brother Kevin Stoelting.A graveside service will be held privately. Burial will be in St. Andrew Lutheran Church Cemetery.     Kevin R. Stoelting born in Niagara Falls, New York on September 8, 1964, he was the son of Marvin and Phyllis (Mielke) Stoelting. Kevin attended Holy Ghost Lutheran School and was a 1982 Graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School and 1984 graduate of Niagara County Community College. He worked as an arborist, machinist, mechanic and welder at the family business, Stoelting Machine, Inc. for his whole life. Kevin was a lifetime member of Tri-Community Ambulance Service, Inc., member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Pekin, where he was the head chowder chef, and he shot darts in the T-NT electronic dart league. Kevin loved his family and friends, helped anyone in need, and cherished every moment spent with his nieces and nephew, Kari, Kaylee and Justin. Kevin entered into rest and was called to his heavenly home on December 14, 2015 at Mercy Hospital, Buffalo, New York at the age of 51.

    Predeceased by his mother in 2010, he is also survived by his father and a brother, Randy. At Kevin's request, a graveside service was conducted by the Rev. R.P. Vogeler, in St. Andrew Lutheran Cemetery on December 18, 2015, with no prior visitation. Memorial contributions may be made To St. Andrew Lutheran Church.
