    Gail A. Tumia (nee Grieser) age 86 of North Tonawanda, August 30, 2020, at her home following a brief illness. Gail was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. She was an avid seamstress, she loved to bake and she loved animals. She was the daughter of the late James and Ruth (nee Toellner) Grieser and the wife of the late Joseph Tumia. Beloved mother of Daniel J. (Carol) Tumia, Kevin J. (Marjorie) Tumia, Deborah A. (James) Brown, and Cheryl (David Vanini) Tumia. Grandmother of Heather Newland, Daniel Tumia, Jennifer, Nicole, Christopher and Joshua Brown, Sarah and Emily Tumia. Great-grandmother of Max, Rowan and Lilianna. Sister of Karen Beiersdorf and the late Joan Taylor. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc. 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd in North Tonawanda on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th from 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th at 10:30 A.M. Due to current circumstances, social distancing and masks will be required to adhere with current regulations. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice.
