    Donald W. Doebler, a co-founder of Recreational Warehouse, died Thursday at home in Mount Dora, Fla. He was 74.
    The North Tonawanda native was a summer resident of Wellesley Island in the Thousand Islands.
    He served with the Army during the Korean War.
    He was a co-founder of Recreational Warehouse on River Road in North Tonawanda, which he co-owned from 1973 to 1984. Mr. Doebler then founded Leisure Bay Industries in Orlando, Fla., which he was still operating. He relocated to Florida in 1980.
    He was a member of the Clayton Yacht Club, a trustee of the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton and was past president of the Thousand Islands Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society.
    Mr. Doebler was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Eustis, Fla., and attended the Church of the Redeemer in Rockport, Ont., in the summer and was a former member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda.
    Survivors include his wife of 53 years, the former Virginia Green; a daughter, Laura D. Tully of Knoxville, TN.; a son, David R. of Orlando; a brother, Gary H. of Charlotte, N.C.; and five grandchildren.
    Services will be held at 11:15 A.M. Wednesday in St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 875 Eggert Drive, North Tonawanda. Burial will be in St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery, North Tonawanda.
