Member of St. Mark Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Laymen League. Survived by his wife Louise (nee Ingerson); two sons, Delbert O., of the Town of Wheatfield and Eldred F. Ellman of North Tonawanda; a daughter, Mrs. Lyle (Lois) Aiken of North Tonawanda; also surviving are eight grandchildren and one great grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Victor Haseley, Town of Wheatfield. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Road, North Tonawanda until 10 a.m. Monday. The remains will lie In state in St. Mark Lutheran Church from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday, time of service. The Rev. Albert W. Bahr will officiate. Interment In St. Mark Lutheran Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

She was the wife of the late Herbert Lyle Aiken who died in 1988. Beloved mother of Cheryl (late Thomas) Gibson of Middleport and Michael (Joyce) Aiken of Wheatfield. Grandmother of Scott (Michelle) Gerdes, Lisa (Paul) Lane, and Katie Gerdes. Great-grandmother of Evan Gerdes, Sofia Gerdes, Jackson Lane, Nora Lane. Sister of the late Delbert and Eldred Ellman. Aunt of several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc. 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Sunday from 4-9 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:30 A.M. from St. Mark Lutheran Church, 1135 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, the Rev. Keith Knupp will officiate, interment in St. Mark Lutheran Cemetery. He was a member of the Tonawanda Island Launch Club and a life-long member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. Bruce loved traveling, boating, golf and bowling. Beloved husband of Alice (Beyea) Ellman. Dear father of Douglas (Lisa) Ellman and Lisa (Tim) Lee. Step-father of Rick McCumber and Rhonda (Andy) Monte. Grandfather of 9 grandchildren. Brother of Ronald Ellman, Wendy (Gary) Binkley and Susan (Arsene) Gerber; uncle of several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc. 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Thursday from 4-8 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 A.M. from St. Mark Lutheran Church, 1135 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, interment in St. Mark Lutheran Cemetery.
