Albert E. Lozo, 82, who made
his home with his son, Harold, at
148 Keil St., died yesterday after-
Clayton, N. Y., he had resided in
the Tonawandas the past 64 years.
Mr. Lozo was the oldest member
of the Niagara Hose Company.
He was also a member of Electric
City Lodge 663, IOOF; Enterprise
Encampment, 88, IOOF; Rosedale
Rebekah Lodge, 386, IOOF, and
Friedens Evangelical and Reformed
Church.
Surviving are his widow, Anna;
three sons, Harold and Leonard
Lozo of North / Tonawanda and
Clifford H. Loz> of Grand Island;
two d a u g h t e r s , Mrs. Myrtle
^Schoenfeld of North Tonawanda
and Mrs. Mildred Hageman of Niagara
Falls; nine grandchildren,
one great grandchild and an aunt,
Mrs. Ellen Dailey of Hollywood,
Fla.
Funeral services will be held
Thursday at 2 p. m. in the residence.
The Rev. Carl Edward Berges
will officiate and interment
will be in Friedens Cemetery.

Albert C. "Shaney" Schoenfeldt

NORTH TONAWANDA — Albert C. "Shaney" Schoenfeldt, age 87, of North Tonawanda, on Thursday, January 5, 2012, after brief illness at Buffalo General Hospital. Shaney was the oldest living retired firefighter in North Tonawanda. He served 34 years with the North Tonawanda Fire Department. He was a 66-year member of the Sweeney Hose and a 59-year member of the Live Hose. Always active in his community, he was a member of Sikora Post and a former Director of the Third Warder's Club. Shaney was an avid golfer and bowler. Shaney was a WWII U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. Son of the late LeVant and Myrtle (nee Lozo) Schoenfeldt.

Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Williams/Bolduc) of North Tonawanda. Step-father of Alan Bolduc of Florida, Carl (Patricia) Bolduc of South Carolina and the late Mark Bolduc. Father of Carol (the late Ronald) Szymanski, Jane (Ron) Roy, Kyle Schoenfeldt, Keith Schoenfeldt and the late Charlene Phillips.

Friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday morning (January 7, 2012) at 11:00 AM at the Brunner Funeral Home (692-3841), 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. The Rev. A.W. Moldenhauer will officiate.

She was a graduate of North Tonawanda High School and member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband Richard E. Phillips; two sons, Richard E. Jr. and Robert M. Phillips; her father, Albert C. Schoenfeldt, North Tonawanda and mother Suzanne J. Schoenfeldt, Niagara Falls, three sisters, Mrs. Carol Szymanski. Niagara Falls, Mrs. Ronald (Jane) Roy, North Tonawanda and Mrs. Fred (Kyle) Rodie, Buffalo; a brother, Keith Schoenfeldt, Florida; many nieces and nephews and mother-in-law, Mrs. Shirley Phillips, Town of Wheatfield.
