    William E. Mangan passed away January 2, 2022 in Buffalo General Medical Center.  Born September 23, 1945 in Berne, NY he was the son of Martin J. and Marion L. (Deibel) Mangan.  William served in the US Marine Corp from 1968 to 1970 being awarded the National Defense Service Medal and Vietnamese Service Medal.  He worked for Orleans Correctional Facility in Albion, NY where he was a corrections officer.   He enjoyed playing computer games, football, country music, and old cars.
    William is survived his wife of 54 years Barbara (Lexner) Mangan; children David (Denise) Mangan, Eric (Marie) Mangan, Patrick (Angela) Mangan, Shawn (Samantha) Mangan, William Brindle, and Lisa Morrison; grandchildren Megan McKee, Codi McKee, Dillon Mangan, and Devan Mangan; great grandchild Avah; siblings Paul (Joanne) Mangan, late Raymond (Rose) Mangan, late James Mangan, Martin (Michelle) Mangan, Virginia (Ray) Houghtling, Mary Mangan, Robert Mangan, and late Marilyn Mangan; also several nieces and nephews.
    Relatives and friends may call Thursday, Jan. 5th from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, Jan. 6th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist RC Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.  In lieu of flowers donations to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.

    Raymond Donald Mangan, age 81, of Newfane and husband of Rose M. Keaty Mangan entered into rest on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Eastern Niagara Hospital Lockport. Raymond was born on May 3, 1939 in Buffalo, NY. He is the son of the late Joseph and Marian (Deibel) Mangan. Raymond graduated from Wilson High School in 1957 and in July 1959 he married Rose M. Keaty. Raymond retired as a tool setter from General Motors, Tonawanda, NY in 1982, and owned several Napa Stores. He loved to be with his family. He is survived by his wife Rose; daughters Theresa (Timothy) Seaman and Nicole Keaty and sons, Raymond, jr and Brian (Brenda) Mangan. He also is survived by ten grandchildren: one great-grandchild and his Siblings, Paul (Joanne) Mangan, Martin(Michele) Mangan, Robert Mangan, Virginia (Ray) Houghtling, Mary Mangan and William (Barbara) Mangan also several nieces and nephew. Raymond is predeceased by his son James J. and his brother James Mangan. No Prior Visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on SATURDAY (Nov. 7) at St. Brendan on the Lake (Wilson Site) 345 Lake St. Wilson, NY 14172.     Paul Deibel passed away on August 1, 2022, at Niagara Hospice in Lockport, NY. Paul was born August 2, 1958, in Buffalo, NY, and lived most of his life in Niagara County, NY.  Paul is a 1977 graduate of Starpoint Central School in Lockport. He worked many years as a welder for various companies.
    Paul was predeceased by his parents, Maurand G. and Joan E. (Roehm) Deibel; brother, Dennis Deibel, and sister, Rosemary (late Gregory) Koch; and nephew, Scott Willett. He was survived by six siblings, Donna (Rex) Tobey, Ann (Bruce) Pless, Carol Willett, James (Debbie) Deibel, Daniel  Michelle) Deibel, Clara (late Randy) Wendt, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
    Family present will be present for calling hours at the TAYLOR & REYNOLDS FUNERAL HOME, 79 Niagara St., Lockport, NY on Friday, August 5, 2022, from 10 AM-12 PM. Recessional to follow for burial in Mt. View Cemetery, Upper Mountain Rd., Sanborn NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul’s memory to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, or Niagara Hospice.
