Mrs. Emma Hess, 80, formerly
of 523 76th St., died todav
(Feb. 11, 1969) in Memorial
Hospital.
Mrs. Hess was born in lockport
and had been a resident
of this city for 45 years. She
was a member of Grace Lutheran
Church.
She is survived by her husband,
Ferdinand Hess; four
daughters, Mrs. Howard (Dorothy)
Radell, Mrs. Herbert
(E/a) McKcnzic and Miss Ruth
Hess, all of his city, and Mrs.
A. O. (Caroline) Stroud, of
Dearborn, Mich.; three sisters,
Mrs. J. Warren Cunningham,
Youngstown. and Mrs. Herman
Donner and Mrs. George Traub,
of Deansboro, N.Y.; five grandchildren
and five great-grand-
children.
Funeral services will be con-
ducted at the Cornell and Dag-
gett Funeral Home Friday at
11 a.m. by the Rev. Walater G..
Schultz, pastor of Grace Luth-
eran Church. Burial will be in
Acacia Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the fu-
neral home Wedneday and
Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to
9 p.m.
