    LEWISTON. Dec. 23.-Willlam F.
    Koepke, 61 years old. well known
    farmer, died yesterday afternoon at
    the family home, Longdon road,
    Town of Lewiston. Mr. Koepke had
    been in failing health for some time.
    He was a successful farmer and an
    active member of St. John's Luther-
    an church and its organizations.
    Besides his wife, Mrs. Louise
    Koepke.' he is survived by four daughters. Miss Lucy Koepke and
    Mrs. Leonard Bonnett, both of Buf-
    falo, Mrs. Elbert Witkop, of Lewis- .
    ton. and Miss Clara Koepke. at
    home; one son. Fred Koepke, at '
    home; his mother. Mrs. Ida Koepke.
    Lewiston. and three sisters, Mrs.
    Arthur Gage and Mrs. Louis Boeldt
    of Niagara Falls, and Mrs. Philip
    Hildebrandt, of Lewiston.
    Funeral services will be held to-
    morrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock
    from the Gentle funeral home, at
    Ransomville, and at 3 o'clock from
    St. John's Lutheran church, in the
    Creek road. The Rev. Paul Voigh
    will officiate and interment will be
    in St. John's Lutheran cemetery.

    Marie L. Fry passed away November 20, 2022 in Eastern Niagara Hospital.  Born March 18, 1937 in Lewiston she was the daughter of Albert and Ella (Kupke) Witkop.  Marie worked for 29 years at Harrison Radiator Div of GM in production, retiring in 1991.  She enjoyed the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, playing BINGO, gardening, crocheting, and especially enjoyed being with her family.  Marie was predeceased by her husband, Marvin “Dutch” Fry, daughter Debora Wagner, and sister Sara Witkop.
    Marie is survived by her children Donna (late Shorty) Massaro, Joy (late Randy) Cummings, Tom (Sherry) Dunn, Marvin (Linda) Fry, Brenda (Jim) Glaser, and Gail (Ralph) Friedrich; son-in-law Frank Wagner; eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren; also several nieces and nephews and Charlie the cat.
    The family wishes to thank the staff on 2North at the hospital for all their care.
    Relatives and friends may call Friday, Nov. 25th 3-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 26th at 10 AM.  Interment will be in Chestnut Ridge Cemetery.  Visit pruddenandkandt.com.

    Debora Wagner passed away May 28, 2018 in Medina Memorial Hospital.  Born June 7, 1955 in Lockport she was the daughter of Edwin and Marie (Witkop) Dunn and stepfather of Dutch Fry.  Debora worked for Akron Rule in production.  She was an avid reader and loved to bake.  She is survived by her husband Franklin ‘Frank’ Wagner; son David (Brianna) Wagner; several grandchildren; siblings Thomas (Sherry) Dunn, Donna (Shorty) Massaro, Joy (Randy) Cummings, Brenda (Jim) Glaser, and Gail (Ralph) Friedrich; step siblings Marvin, Rita, and Allan Fry; also several nieces and nephews.
