    RUBERT - Arthur W. Rubert, 81. of 292 Payne Ave. North Tonawanda, Wednesday (Nov. 28. 1973) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, he was formerly employed at the Huntley Plant, retiring in 1957, A member of St Peter's American Lutheran Church, he was a World War I Army
    veteran, Sgt. of the CCC Camp at Ft. Niagara, a member of the Tonawandas Post 264, American Legion, the Last Man's Club and the Eldridge Club. He is survived by his wife, Edna Kriedeman Rubert; a brother, Carl F. Hubert of Oakland, Calif.; a sister. Mrs. Reynold (Edna) Janke of North Tonawanda and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4and 7 to 9 p.m.. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, Inc., 307 Oliver St.. North Tonawanda, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m., the Rev. Luther Lautenschlager officiating. Burial in White Chapel Memorial Park.
