Dies at Wheatfield
TOWN OF WHEATFIELD, April
12—Mrs. Margaret Scherrer, 46, of
the Nash road, died yesterday
afternoon, at her home. Born In'
Germany, Mrs. Scherrer had lived
here the last 26 years. She was a
member of Ascension church, North
Tonawanda. *
Surviving are her husband, Frank;
four daughters, Mrs. Lenwood
Schumacher. Wheatfield, Margaret.
Anna and Elizabeth Scherrer, and
two sons,' Frederick' and Edwin
Sherrer, all at home.
Last rites, will be held Thursday
at 6:30 a. m. from the Hanip
funeral home to Ascension church
for Mass at S o'clock. Interment
will be In ML Olivet cemetery.

Frederick J. Scherrer, age 88, under the care of Hospice of Niagara. Frederick enjoyed feeding the wild life around his neighborhood. He enjoyed spending time in the basement and garage woodworking. He also greatly looked forward to mowing the lawn. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Korea.
Frederick was predeceased by his wife Joyce (Marten) Scherrer, and his son Frederick John Scherrer Jr. He will be missed by his Daughter, Michele (Shelly) Scherrer Erwin. He is survived by his daughter-in-law Sheila Scherrer, sisters Elizabeth Augustyn and Anna Rung, brother Edwin Scherrer, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call at Fretthold Funeral Home Inc. 1241 Oliver Street at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Thursday from 2:00pm – 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held at St. John Lutheran Church, 6950 Ward Rd in North Tonawanda on Saturday at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to St. John Lutheran Church, Hospice of Niagara, or SPCA serving Niagara county.

Frederick J. Scherrer, Jr., age 52, of Sanborn, suddenly, December 19, 2011. Frederick was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was the former owner and operator of Forever Green Landscaping & Snowplowing and Imports Plus Auto Service.. Beloved companion of Sheila Scherrer; dear father of Jennifer (Chris) Scherrer, Frederick (Meghan) Scherrer III, Nathan Scherrer and Caleb Scherrer. Grandfather of Holden, Heathcliff, Madisyn and Preston; beloved son of Frederick J. Scherrer of the Town of Wheatfield and the late Joyce (Marten) Scherrer; beloved grandson of Beatrice Marten; brother of Michele Erwin of Wheatfield; uncle of Nicholas Lupo; great uncle of Gracey Anne; nephew of Keith and Glory Marten.. Life Story

Aaron Scherrer, 57, of Bergholz, NY, passed away suddenly on December 12, 2022 at his home. Born on May 13, 1965 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Edwin F. Scherrer and the late Joanne M. (nee Hassan) Scherrer. 

 
Aaron was a graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School and was currently employed by the Laborers Local Union #91. To know Aaron was to know a man who’s size matched his personality, loved people, loved to make people laugh to a point of tears and was a true ‘ball buster.’ There will never be another Aaron.  He truly enjoyed spending time with his many family and friends.  Aaron was an amazing cook and enjoyed hunting, fishing and sharing stories of his past experiences.  He was an animal lover and adored his many dogs, past and present.  Aaron will be forever missed by all and was surly taken too soon. 

 
In addition to his father, Arron is survived by his beloved wife, Deborah (nee Morgan) Scherrer; his brother, Joel (Nancy Sparks) Scherrer and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Besides his mother, he was predeceased by sisters, Darla Siemucha and Janalyn Dominquez.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Nathan Siemucha, 30, born September 11, 1980, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2011, after a long, courageous fight with cancer.

Nathan was raised in Pendleton, NY and attended school at Starpoint District Schools. In 1999 he moved to Florida. He was a gifted auto technician who worked for Firestone in West Palm Beach, FL. Nathan was an avid fishermen and outdoors man and was a man who truly believed in eating the fish that he caught.

He is survived by his father, Dennis Siemucha and his step-mother, Carlene Siemucha of Royal Palm Beach, FL; his mother, Darla Siemucha of Lockport, NY; grandmother, Kay Siemucha of Lewiston, NY; grandparents, Joanne Scherrer and Edwin Scherrer of Niagara Falls, NY; sister, Sarah Siemucha of West Palm Beach, FL; brothers, Adam, Seth and Luke Siemucha of Lockport, NY; his sisters, Miriam and Hannah Siemucha of Lockport, NY. He will be truly missed by all his family and friends and we wish him a peaceful eternal rest in heaven.
