Mrs. Louise Zimmermann. fifty years old, of No. 819 East Robinson street. North Tonawanda. died on a New York Central passenger train just before the Exchange street station in Buffalo was reached at 7:30 o'clock last evening. The woman left North Tonawanda on the 7:09 train and was on her way to Unionville, Mich., to visit her sister, Mrs. Charles Riehman. Death was due to heart failure. Mrs. Zimmerman was accompanied by her son, Edward. She had been ill some time with heart troub!e and was stricken with more severe pain than usual as the train pulled into Buffalo. Several passengers lent their assistance in an attempt to revive
the woman but she had expired. Death came suddenly. Mrs. Zimmerman hurried her arrangements for the trip to Michigan. This, together with the excitement,
which the woman experienced over the thought,of visiting her sister, whom she had not seen for over thirty years, is believed to have been too much for her weakened heart to withstand. Medical Examiner Earl G. Danger had the body removed from the train to the morgue in Buffalo, whence it will be brought to the late home today. Mrs, Zimmerman is survived by four daughters. Miss Rosa Zimmerman, Mrs. Edward Kowsky, and Mrs. Albert Kowsky of North Tonawanda
and Mrs. Adam Brietenbach of Shawnee, and five sons, William, John, Edward, Herman and Louis Zimmerman of the Tonawandas. The funeral will be held from the family home at 1:30 o'clock on Sunday afternoon and an hour later from the St. Peter's Church on Thompson street, the Rev. R. A. Salzwedel officiating. Burial will be made in the St. Peter's cemetery on the Boehmng Road.

NORTH TONAWANDA, July 26. - John Doebler, 46 years old, 77 Felton street, died yesterday at the DeGraff Memorial hospital. He was Injured on Monday of last week while working at the plant of the Buffalo Bolt company. His injuries were not regarded as serious. Plans were made yesterday to remove him to his home today. His condition took a sudden change for the worse this morning. The unexpected death of her husband prostrated Mrs. Doebler and her condition became so grave that several physicians were called in during the day. besides the wife, a son Alvin survives. Mr. Doebler was a member of Gratwick Hose and St Marks Evangelical Lutheran church. he was well known in the Gratwick section of North Tonawanda where he lived many years.

Margaret Holland Fatally Injured When Car Runs Into Ditch
SEVEN OTHERS ARE HURT
Driver of Auto In Critical Condition in Falls Hospital
Margaret Holland, 17 years old, of LaSalle was killed when an automobile in which she was riding ran into the ditch and turned turtle twice in the Niagara Falls boulevard near the Packard road, last night. The Holland girl, died on her way to a Falls hospital. Seven persons were injured in the accident. They were William Peterin of Niagara Falls, driver of the machine; Alfred Giles of Niagara Falls, Leonore Hughes of the Falls, Beatrice Carr of LaSalle and Mary Jones of Niagara Falls. Peterin is in a critical condition at a Falls hospital, suffering from concussion of the brain. Aside from Peterin none of the occupants of the wrecked car was seriously injured. The Holland girl died from a broken neck. The accident occurred when Peterin lost control of the car, he attempted to bring it back onto the pavement, after one of the front wheels ran off the brick. Peterin was driving towards LaSalle from Niagara Falls at the time of the accident.

Word has been received here of the death Tuesday (Feb. 15, 1972) of a former Niagara Falls resident, Norman H. Holland. Mr. Holland, 62, died after a short illness in Hampton, Va. A native, of Niagara Falls, he lived in Chesapeake, Va., the last seven years. He was formerly an employee of the Union Carbide Corp. in Niagara Falls. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Isabel Zielinski of Niagara Falls and Mrs. Marian Becker of Chesapeake. Private funeral services will be held in Chesapeake.

She was born July 17th, 1916, in Niagara Falls, the daughter of Herman and Helen Holland. She attended local schools and wa a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. She also graduated from the Bryant and Stratton Business Institute. Mrs. Zielinski was employed for 25 years at the former Niagara Junction Railway Co. on Buffalo Avenue. She retired as chief accountant. She was a memebr of the Niagara Womens Social Club. Mrs. Zielinski enjoyed playing bridge and reading. She was preceded by her husbands anthony J. Nonne who died in 1954, and Edward Zielinski, who died in November 1979. She is survived by daughter Eleanor D. Noone of Lewiston, two step-daughters, Mary Jane Obermuller of Youngtown, and Marion Becker of Chesapeake, Va. and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Norman Holland. There will be no prior visitation. The Rev. Gregory Hall will condust a graveside service at 2 pm Tuesday in St. Matthew's Evangellical Lutheran Cemetery, North Tonawanda. LOCKPORT — E. Clarence Doebler, age 88, of North Tonawanda, June 15, 2011, in Odd Fellow & Rebekah Health Facility, Lockport. Clarence was a life-long resident of North Tonawanda and was a faithful member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church.

He was the son of the late Gustav and Minnie (Kolbe) Doebler and brother of the late Edmund Doebler. He is survived by cousins and many friends. Clarence was employed by Buffalo Bolt for 17 years and then worked for National Grinding Wheel for 23 years, until he retired. Clarence was a volunteer for the North Tonawanda Meals on Wheels.

Iverna “Dolly” Louise (nee Doebler) Hayes, formerly of North Tonawanda, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 27, 2008 in Santa Claus, IN. Dolly was born August 29, 1918 in North Tonawanda to Louise and Edward Doebler. She was the wife of the late Hyrum.

Oscar LaVerne Zimmerman, 23,
of 32 Stark street, a veteran of
World War II. died Saturday in
the Niagara County Sanitarium
after a long illness contracted
while in the service.
Following services at 2 p. m.
today at the late residence, Zimmerman
was buried with military
honors in FJmlawn Cemetery. The
rites were conducted by the Rev.
Robert Hein of St. Peter's American
Lutheran Church.
Zimmerman served as boatswain's
mate aboard the U. S. De-
°troyer Black and took part in
several major engagements in the
Pacific before receiving a medical
discharge.
He was the son of Mrs. Clarice
Nihiser Zimmerman and the
late Louis F. Zimmerman. In addition
to his mother he leaves
four brothers, Eugene and Robert
of North Tonawanda. Richard
with the U. S. Army in Japan and
Donald of Tonawanda, and two
sisters, Mrs. Louis Hicks and Mrs.
Violet Behm of Tonawanda.
