    LOCKPORT-Ernest W. Bluhm,
    72, of Ridge Rd., a Town of Cambria
    farmer for many years, died
    Friday (Aug. 31, 1956) at his home
    after a long illness.
    He was born Nov. 1. 1883 in
    Germany and was brought to this
    country when an infant by his
    parents, August and Fredericka
    Benz Bluhm.
    Surviving are his wife, the former
    Adeline Broeker; two daughters,
    Mrs. Anthony Kuntz. North Tonawanda.
    and Mrs. Harold World,
    Wilson; three brothers and two
    sisters. Paul Bluhm. Lockport. John
    Bluhm, St. Johnsburg, August
    Bluhm. North Tonawanda, Mrs.
    Otis Murray, Olcott, and Mrs. Ernest
    Miller. Lockport. There are
    two grandchildren a nd several
    nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call from 2 to 5
    p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the
    Pruddcn and Kandt Funeral Home,
    this city, where services will be
    held at 2 p.m. Monday. Burial will
    be in North Ridge Lutheran Ceme-
    tery.

    Ernest married BROECKER, Adeline Wilhelmine Louise about 1927 in New York. Adeline (daughter of BROECKER, Gustav Ferdinand Friedrich and WERTH, Marie Wilhelmine Albertine) was born on 7 Feb 1894 in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY; died on 16 Oct 1959 in North Ridge, Town of Cambria, Niagara County, NY.     Martha G. Kuntz (nee Bluhm) age 92, of Newfane, NY, died October 6, 2020 in Niagara Hospice House. Martha was retired from Mt. View Health Facility, Lockport. Martha had many dear friends whom she kept in touch with by phone, cards, and letters. Martha and her late husband Tony loved their many pets, they often volunteered as wildlife rehabilitators. Martha looked forward to watching the Lawrence Welk Show. She was the wife of the late Anthony Kuntz, to whom she was married for 57 years. Sister of the late Myra World. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and neighbors. In keeping with Martha’s wishes no funeral services will be held. Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery. World passed away April 13, 2021 in Buffalo General Medical Center.  Born October 10, 1959 in Lockport she was the daughter of Harold and Myra World. Brenda is survived by her longtime loving partner Howard Rhodes Sr.; son William (Bethany) Rhodes; two grandchildren Jade and Lucas Rhodes; step-children Alan (Darlene) Rhodes, Christopher (Michelle) Rhodes, Bradley Rhodes, and Amy (Tim) Coughlin; siblings Kenneth World, Cheryl World, Peggy (Paul) Crego, and late Deborah World; several nieces and nephews.
