    Helen (nee Luczywek) Warchocki, 83, of North Tonawanda, entered into eternal rest, Monday, March 15, 2010, at Wesley Rehabilitation Center. Helen was born in North Tonawanda, NY, where she resided all her life. She worked at Wurlitzer and retired from Remington Rand. A devoted Catholic, she was a member of the O.L.C. Altar Society and the former St. Joseph's Altar Society. Helen loved to garden, bake, knit, sew and was actively involved in attending her grandchildren's activities. Her life centered around family and friends. Her husband of 60 years, Steve, died in 2008. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Susan (nee Strenk) Luczywek. Dearest mother of Theresa Lovria of Town of Wheatfield, Diane Capicotto (John Szudzik) of North Tonawanda, Gary (Sherry) Warchocki of Owego, NY, and David (Wendy) of Town of Wheatfield. Proud and loving grandmother of Meridith (Walter) Garner, Jessica, Nicholas, Christopher, Joelle, Steven, Katherine, Ryan, Christian, Matthew and her two great-grandchildren, Mason and Savannah. Sister of Richard Luczywek and the late Mary Lata (Joseph). Niece of Lottie Strenk. Cousin of Polly Bracikowski and dearest friend of Mary DiGennaro. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will be present at SABER FUNERAL HOME, 549 Oliver St., North Tonawanda (692-0271), from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on WEDNESDAY, March 17th. A Celebration of Life Mass will be held on Thursday at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, Oliver St., North Tonawanda. Memorials may be made in her name to Our Lady of Czestochowa Church.O.L.C. Altar Society will have prayers on WEDNESDAY at 3:00 PM. Visit www.legacy.com/tonawanda-news for online guest register.
