Mrs. Katherine Kline, 62 years old, wife of Henry Kline died Saturday at noon at the family residence at 292 Schenk Street, after a long illness. Mr. Weinheimer was a member of St. Paul's Church of Christ, North Tonawanda. He had been an employee of Central Clay Products, in Pendleton, for many years, retiring in 1953. INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Allan R. Weinheimer, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away April 22, 2012. Born December 3, 1926 to the late W.Dewey and Muriel T. Weinheimer, Al graduated from Lockport High School. He served in the Navy during WWII, including on the USS Mt. McKinley at the Bikini Atoll Atomic Bomb tests. Following his service he graduated from Purdue University, and taught high school math for 40 years. From 1964-1966, he served as a Ford Foundation Math Consultant in Ankara, Turkey, and received the Presidential Award for Excellence in teaching math in 1989. After his retirement in 1992, he loved to travel, volunteer and participate in various marathons.

He is survived by his wife, Jean; two children; eight grandchildren; sister, Helen "Sis" (late Burton) Hall and several nieces and nephews.

Burial was in Crown Hill Military Cemetery, Indianapolis.

NORTH TONAWANDA — Mary Jane (nee Weinheimer) Dexheimer, age 86, of North Tonawanda, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport. Mrs. Dexheimer was born on February 10, 1925 in North Tonawanda, daughter of the late Edward and Eleanor Weinheimer. Mrs. Dexheimer was President and former General Manager of White Chapel Memorial Park for nearly fifty years. She was a member of Adams Fire Co. Auxiliary and the Wheatfield Senior Citizens. Mrs. Dexheimer over the years had made and donated 700 lap robes to local Nursing Homes.

Mrs. Dexheimer is predeceased by her husband, LaVern, who passed away in 1995. Beloved mother of David (Deborah) Dexheimer of North Tonawanda, Bonnie (Tom) Lowe of Depew and Mark (Carmen) Dexheimer of Sanborn: loving grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of eleven.

Friends may call on Tuesday from 3-8 PM at the WATTENGEL Funeral Home, 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. WEINHEIMER - C. Howard Weinheimer, 61, of North Tonawanda suddenly Wednesday (November 22, 1978) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mr. Weinheimer was a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, an employee of The Benman Company for thirty years and a member of Friedens United Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Alice (nee Haseley) Weinheimer; a daughter, Mrs. David (Mary Lou) Mesi of Lockport, N. Y., a son, Revitt Weinheimer of North Tonawanda; two grandchildren, David Jr. and Deanna Mesi, both of Lockport; two brothers, Everett and Edward Weinheimer, both of North Tonawanda. The family will receive friends at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Rd., North Tonawanda this evening from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday and Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. WEINHEIMER - Edward F. Of the Town of Wheatfield, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2012, at his home under the care of his family and Niagara Hospice. He was born in North Tonawanda, NY, on February 19, 1925, the son of the late Charles and Florence (Mudd) Weinheimer. Mr. Weinheimer graduated from North Tonawanda High School in 1942 and served with the US Army, in the European Theater during World War II. He was an Electrical Technician with Wurlitzer for over 20 years and with Introl Design, until retiring in 1990. Mr. Weinheimer was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, the Wheatfield Cemetery Association and the Wheatfield Senior Bowling League. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth D. (Stowell) Weinheimer, who died in December of 2010. Mr. Weinheimer was the father of Donald (Barbara) Weinheimer of Shawnee, David (Rebecca) Weinheimer of Ft. Myers, FL, Carol (John) Pearce of Wheatfield, NY and Ann (David) Martinez of Ventura, CA; grandfather of Richard (Heather) Reinard, Jeffrey (Kelly), Tina, Mary Beth (Ian) Kesterson, Jennifer, LaRissa and Lindsay; great-grandfather of Raegan, Peyton, Aislin, Elise, Grace and Landon; uncle of Bruce (Lori) and Susan Weinheimer and great-uncle of Eric Weinheimer; he is also survived by many additional nieces and nephews. FLUSHING, MI — Elnora Blanche Meiklejohn of Flushing, MI, age 90, died on Sunday, August 19, 2012 in Flint, MI. Funeral services will be 11 AM on Friday, August 24, 2012 at Flushing Presbyterian Church, with burial following in Flushing, MI. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM on Thursday at Rossell Funeral Home and 10 AM until time of the service Friday at the church. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the McLaren Auxiliary Memorial Fund or Humane Society of Genesee County, both of Flint, MI.

Nora was born in Wheatfield, NY, on May 5, 1921, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth (Weinheimer) Bilkey. She married George Arnott Meiklejohn on May 22, 1943 in Lockport, NY. He preceded her in death on December 29, 2008. Nora was a member of Flushing Presbyterian Church. She was a McLaren Hospital Auxiliary volunteer. She was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine El Said Court #28 and the Order of Eastern Star.

LOCKPORT — Charles Victor Weinheimer of Lockport died at home January 21, 2014. He was born in Lockport on March 30, 1933 to the late Victor and Ella (Schultz) Weinheimer.

Charles was married to Marilyn Schneider who predeceased him in 1988. He served in the United States Army at the end of the Korean War. Charles was self-employed as a homebuilder and owner of many rental properties. He was a member of SCOL (Ski Club of Lockport). He loved skiing locally and traveled to find new challenges. He would never shy away from a difficult run.

Charles is survived by his children, Dave (Diane) Weinheimer of Amherst, Linda (John) Penergrass of Bristol, VA, Tom Weinheimer of Lockport, and James (Rocio) Weinheimer of East Amherst. He is also survived by grandchildren, Derek and Stephen Gregory; Matthew, Emily, Stephen, Heidi and Tom Weinheimer.

Friends may call on Friday, January 24, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Ross Funeral Home Gaul Chapel, 263 East Ave., Lockport, where the funeral service will take place at 11 AM on Saturday, January 25. Burial will follow at Cold Springs Cemetery.
