    LOCKPORT - Mrs. Elsie M.
    Second, 54, of 159 Chestnut St.,
    died Tuesday (April 16, 1968) at
    Lockport Memorial Hospital af-
    ter a long illness.
    She was a native of Newfane,
    born Dec. 3, 1913, the daughter of
    Joseph and Agnes La Fever
    Staub. For years she worked as
    a saleslady at the Morrison
    Dress Shop here. she was edu-
    cated in Lockport schools and
    was a member of Emmanuel
    Methodist Church.
    She is survived by her husband,
    George Secord; two sons.
    Wayne A. Secord of Lockport
    and Gary B. Stranges of Utica:
    a daughter, Mrs. William (Shar-
    on) Strassel Jr. of Lockport; a
    'brother, Chester J. Staub of
    South Gate, Calif.; two sisters
    Miss Ethel Staub and Mrs. Law-
    rence (Pat) Lewis of Lockport,
    three grandchildren and sever-
    al nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call from 2 to 4
    and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the
    Prudden and Kandt Funeral
    Home where funeral services
    will be held at 2 p.m. Friday
    with the Rev. Robert Rowsam
    officiating.
    Burial will be in Corwin Cem-
    etery, Newfane.
