    Tonawanda - Charles H. Jendrian 54, of 139 Grove St. a retired police patrolman, died today (Jan 25, 1960) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Buffalo, Mr. Jendrian, resided in this city the greater part of his life. he was appointed a patrolman on Nov 18, 1927, serving until he retired on Dec 20, 1954. he was a member of Salem united Church of Christ, the Eldridge Bicycle Club, and the Frontier Police Club. Surviving are his wife Eva Luther Jendrian, two brothers, Frederick Jendrian, Town of Wheatfield, and George Jendrian, North Tonawanda. and two sisters, Mrs. Robert Wells, this city, and Mrs. Fred Hoefert, North Tonawanda. Funeral arrangements were being made at the John O. Roth Funeral Home.

    NORTH TONAWANDA - Funeral services for Frederick W. Jendrian, 59, of 7141 Schultz Road, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Roth Funeral Home, the Rev. Enno A. Schmoock officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery. Mr. Jendrian died unexpectedly Saturday (May 16, 1970) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Born in Buffalo, he had lived in the Tonawandas for more than 50 years and was employed by the Wurtlizer Co. for 18 years. For the .past eight years, he was employed by the Kittinger Furniture Co. in Buffalo. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. the Eldredge Club and the United Furniture Workers of America, Local 39. Survivors include his wife, the former Alvina Schendel; 2 sons, Gerald C. of Los Angeles and Richard L. Jendrian of this city; a daughter, Mrs. Gerald (Shirley) Daniel, Norwalk, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Marion Hoefert, and Mrs. Robert (Violet) Wells, and a brother George Jendrian, all of the Tonawandas, and two grandchildren.

    Airman's Body Awaited By Parents
    WHEATFIELD - Parents of Airman 2nd Class Ronald Jendrian, 19, who was killed Thursday (Feb. 1, 1962) in an Oklahoma auto accident today were awaiting'information on return of their son's body. Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Jendrian were notified by telegram of their son's death shortly, before noon Thursday. A later telegram notified them that the body would be shipped here. A letter was to follow with time of arrival. Airman Jendrian was killed when he lost control of his car on Oklahoma highway No,. 44,, southwest of Lone Wolf, Okla. The car plunged 125 feet down.the side of a mountain. Airman Jendrian, whose home is at 7146 Schultz Road, was stationed at Altus Air Force Base, Altus, Okla. He attended Burgard Vocational School, Buffalo, and enlisted in the Air Force Dec. 13, 1960. He had been home on leave for Christmas. Born in the Town of Wheatfield, he was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, North Tondwanda. In addition to his parents, surviving are two brothers, Specialist 4th Class Gerald Jendrian, with a radar squadron on Okinawa, and Richard Jendrian, at home; a sister, Mrs. Gerald W. Daniel, Tonawanda; and his grandfather, Fred Jendrian, Tonawanda. Funeral services will be arranged at the Roth Funeral Home, Tonawanda
