    Notes:

Farmer retires. Flevie Danielewicz, at the age of 90, has been called home by his Heavenly Father and will be greeted at his eternal farm by his beloved wife, Jean. He passed away on Tuesday, at Niagara Hospice, surrounded by his loving family. Flevie was the son of the late George and Louise (Jarzab) Danielewicz.
In 1948, after the passing of his father, Flevie quit school and became a farmer at the age of 20 alongside his mother and sister, Bernice. Flevie was proud to be the first of many, including building a fallout shelter in the area in 1961, installing a pipeline milker and bulk tank, which eliminated milk cans in 1962, and building the first herringbone parlor in Wilson, NY in 1988.
Flevie was proud to be one of the area's first John Deere 4-wheel drive tractor owners in 1977 from CJ Perry & Son. Among his trend-setting endeavors included one of the area's first bale wagons, self-propelled combines, and Claas Choppers. Some of his most proud memories were being named Farmer of the Year in 1962, getting married in 1972, and planting 65 acres while his wife was delivering his second child.
Flevie is survived by his four devoted and loving children, Louise (Chad), Jason (Kimberly), Renee (Brian), and Christopher (Cassie). He will be fondly and gratefully remembered by his six grandchildren, Olivia, Gavin, Jack, Sophia, Morgan, and Jackson.
It will be with great honor and devotion that daughter Louise and husband Chad will continue to tend to Flevie's land and keep his passion alive.
Sincere appreciation to everyone at Niagara Hospice who unconditionally loved and cared for our father as one of their own.
Friends may call Thursday, March 30th from 4-8 PM at ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC., 319 24th Street, cor of Welch Ave Niagara Falls, NY.
