    In the sodium department of
    the E. I. duPont de Nemours and
    company where he had been employed
    for the last 37 years. Dr. H.
    C. Dumvllle. acting city health officer,
    was conducting an Investigation
    to determine the cause of Mr.
    Brzezinski's death at press time.
    However, plant officials said he died
    during a rest period, of what they
    believed to be natural causes.
    A native of Poland. Mr. Brzezinski
    came to this city 36 yeara ago.
    He was a communicant of St. Stanislaus
    Kostka church and a member
    of St. Francis Sodely of the Polish
    Union of America.
    Surviving are his wife. Mrs. Antonia
    Brzezinski; two daughters and
    a son. Mrs. Jean Jenraszek. Mrs.
    Wanda Mroczek and Anthony Brzezinski.
    all of this city: three sisters
    in Poland, and two grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held at
    9:30 am. Saturday at the Chester
    O. Tublnis Funeral home. 1545 Falls
    street, and a half hour later at the
    church Interment will be In Holy
    Trinity cemetery.

    NIAGARA FALLS — Wendy (Brzezinski) Mroczek, 89, of Niagara Falls, NY, went to be with her Beloved Lord Jesus on Friday, January 14, 2011 in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, NY. Born on March 8, 1921 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Antonina (Landa) Brzezinski and attended local schools. Wendy was a homemaker, an avid golfer with her late husband Stan, a very loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be sadly missed by her family.

    She is survived by her sons, Paul J. (Donna) Mroczek of Lockport, NY and James S. (Elizabeth) Mroczek of Anchorage, AK; her grandchildren, Derek Mroczek of Florida, Tim Mroczek of Buffalo; great-grandchildren, Skylar and Colin and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Tony (Wanda) Brzezinski and sister, Jean (Phil) Draszek.

    There is no prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, January 19th at 10:30 AM at St. Vincent DePaul Parish (Prince of Peace Church), 1055 N. Military Rd., with Rev. Robert Hughson officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Burial following in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Arrangements through ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME, INC.

    KINGSVILLE, TX -
    Daniel Anthony Brzenski, Sr., 63, of Kingsville, TX, passed away suddenly on April 10, 2014 doing what he loved, traveling with his wife by his side. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY on January 1, 1951 to Wanda (Stanisz) and the late Anthony J. Brzenski.
    He graduated from Niagara Falls High School then Joined the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Kingsville, TX, where he met his soul mate and the love of his life for 43 years, Shirley. After leaving the Navy, Dan was hired on as an operator with Celanese Corp., which later became Hoechst-Celanese Corp. He received many promotions and wore many different hats over the years (training, logistics, primary QA, validation owner and safety representative) and his primary focus his last 10 years was writing standard operating procedures on pharmaceuticals (IBU). Dan retired after 30 years of service. Of those 30 years, 26 of them were spent volunteering on the emergency response team as a Hazmat Captain where Dan received many awards. Since his retirement Dan was able to travel the world with his wife.
    Dan is survived by his wife, Shirley Ann Brzenski of Kingsville, TX ; two sons, Daniel A. (Shannon) Brzenski, Jr. of Houston, TX and Michael D. Brzenski of Kingsville, TX; two sisters, Carole (Edward J.) Bocek and Dorothy (the late Jack) Zappendorf of Niagara Falls, NY; four sisters-in-law, Della Long of Kingsville, TX, Joanne (the late Benjamin) Wiese,
    Linda (Billy) Waller and Carolyn (Charles) Kuhn, all of Carlsbad, TX; two brothers-in-law, Clifton O. Wiese, Jr. of Saffell, AR and Calvin (Eddie) Wiese of Hamilton, OH; nieces and nephews, Paulette (Greg) Voyzey, Edward D. (Michelle) Bocek, Suzanne (Christopher) Miller of Niagara Falls, NY, Will (Dallas) Burkett of Bryant, TX, Robert Burkett of Houston, TX, Tammy (Jesse)Keller, Zach Keller, Cassey Keller, Clifton O. (Cherie) Wiese, Noah Wiese, Chloe Wiese and Cana Wiese, all of Saffell, AR, Ben (Jen) Wiese, Stephanie (Chris) Voss, Michael (Kayci) Waller, Brandon (Benae) Kuhn of Bowling, KY, Shana (Zack) Fannon, all of College Station, TX, Mathew Wiese and Michell Wiese of Hamilton, OH; six grandchildren, Daniel A. Dan was preceded in death by his father; and eldest son, Ronnie D. Oliphant.
    A private family service was held for Dan on April 12, 2014 at 2:00 PM in Cave City, AR.

    Obituary Of Paul John Mroczek

    Paul John Mroczek passed away July 5, 2024 at his home with the care of his family and Niagara Hospice. Born May 3, 1947 in Niagara Falls, NY, Paul was the son of Stanley Mroczek and Wanda Brzenski Mroczek.
    A graduate of LaSalle High School, Paul went on to serve four years in the Navy as a signalman and a proud Vietnam veteran. He worked for General Motors at the Harrison Radiator plant in Lockport, NY for 30 years.
    Paul was a loving husband and God-fearing man who was happiest when sharing time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren and two sons. His passions and interests included the Civil War, health and wellness, cooking, juggling, football, and boxing among many others.
    Paul was happiest when he could bring cheer to people. He was Santa Claus for the local malls where he loved to get kids to laugh and smile. He was an accomplished harmonica player, spending much of his free time playing country folk blues in the stylings of Sonny Terry.
    Paul is survived by his loving wife Donna (Durma). They recently enjoyed celebrating their 52nd anniversary. He is also survived by sons Derek (Emily Schultz) Mroczek and Timothy Mroczek; grandchildren Colin, Samuel, Bebe, Josie, Skylar and his brother James (Lisa) Mroczek. Brother-in-law Dennis (Debra) Durma and niece Marguerite Durma.
    Relatives and friends may call from 4-7PM on July 12, 2024 at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, 70 Niagara Street, Lockport, where the funeral service will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 10:00 am. Burial will be held at a later date.
