MIDDLEPORT - A retired
construction worker for the
Niagara County Highway Department,
Charles H. Stahl,
76, of Royalton Center, died
Sunday (April 3, I960) at
Lockport Memorial Hospital,
where heN had been a patient
for'six days.
Born Aug. 30, 1883, in the
Town of Royalton, Mr. Stahl
was a son of the late Ferdinand
and Augusta Kline
Stahl. His wife, the former
Ella Schrader, died in September
1959.
Surviving are. a daughter,
Mrs. Franklin Veomett, Gasport;
a son, Floyd W. Stahl, of
the Rapids; four grandchildren;
a brother, George Stahl,
Newfane; and three sisters,
Mrs. Albert Penly, Miss Maybell
Stahl and Mrs. Raymond
Smith, all of Gasport.
Friends may call at Mr.
Stahl's home, Royalton Center
Rd., where services will
be conducted at 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday by the Rev. Austin
B. Cheswell 'of the Gasport
Congregational Church. Burial
will be in Royalton Mountain
Ridge Cemetery.

Obituary of Sandra J. Stahl

Sandra J. Stahl passed away on Saturday May 11, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in South Buffalo.  Born in Lockport on January 27, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Norma Christie Stahl.  Sandra was a social worker for Niagara County Child Protective Services for 38 years and retired in 2015 as a B Supervisor of the Department.  She devoted her life to the children she helped throughout the years and took great satisfaction in her work.  She also enjoyed ceramics and crocheting, but most of all, enjoyed spending time with her family.
Sandra is survived by her sister Deborah (Jeffery) Say and brother, William Stahl;  she is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Charles (Alexandra) Murr, Jeremy (Michaela) Stahl, Corrie (Nathaniel) Paine and the late Adam Murr and great aunt of Elliott Paine and Charleigh Murr.  She was the niece of Sally (Thomas) Wittlinger, Robert (late Sally Rae) Christie and the late Audrey (late Jay) Roszman, late David (Gloria) Christie and late Gary (Joy) Christie.  She is also survived by several cousins.
Friends may call on Wednesday May 15th 3-7 PM, at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, where services will be held on Thursday May 16th at 10 AM.  Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.  Online Condolences at www.pruddenandkandt.com.
