TONAWANDA, June 29-Mrs.
Mary Jadele, 83, of 456 Fletcher
street died yesterday at DeGraff
Memorial hospital.
A life-long resident, she was a
member of the First Evangelical
United Brethren church and a member
of the Ladies,Aid society there.
Surviving are two sons, Harold W.
and Alvin F. Jedele; seven grandchildren,
and five great grandchildren
and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Mawitz,
Tonawanda.
Services will be'held at 2 p. m.
at the residence. Burial will be in
Elmlawh cemetery

Alvin F. Jedele, 77, of 141 East
Felton St., died Friday (Oct.
20, 1972) in DeGraff Memorial
Hospital after a short illness.
A veteran of World War I, he
was a member of the Third
Presbyterian Church, the
Tonawandas Post No. 264
American Legion, and the
Eldredge Club.
Survivors include his widow,
In« (Bollier) Jedele; a
daughter, Mrs. Paul (Ann)
Belling, of Marlboro, Conn.; a
son, Kenefick A. Jedele of
Tonawanda; a brother, Harold
jedele, of Tonawanda; and
four grandchildren.
Funeral services are
scheduled Monday at 1:30 p.m.
at the Fretthold Funeral
Home. The Rev. Thomas S.
Wood will officiate.
Burial will be in Elmllawn
Cemetery.
Friends may call at the
funeral home today and
Monday afternoon.
American Legion Post No.
264 will meet at the funeral
home.

TONAWANDA..June 8-Stricken
with a heart attack last evening,
Reuben B. Jedele, 51. of 457 Fletcher
street, was pronounced dead
a half hour later despite efforts
of the Fire department first aid
squad to rivive him. .
A life long resident here, he had
been employed as a clerk at the
local postoffice for nearly ten years.
He was treasurer of the EUdredge
Bicycle club, an office he had held
for over 20 years. Mr. Jedele was
a veteran of World War 1 and a
member of Tonawandas Post 264,
American Legion. He was a member
of Tonawanda Lodge 247, F
and AM, Tonawanda Chapter 278,
RAM. and Tonawanda Commandery
78, Knights Templar.
He is survived by his wife, Vera
Wagner Jedele; a son, James; two
daughters, Alice and Nancy; his
mother, Mrs. Mary Jedele, and two
brothers, Harold and Alvin, all of
the Tonawandas.
Last rites will be held Thursday
at 2 p. m. at the home. The Rev.
L. W. Drlftmyer will officiate. Interment
will be In Acacia Park
cemetery.

Robert Harold Jedele, nine, son
of Alvin and Inez Bollier Jedele

early this morning after a lingering
illness. Besides his parents he
is survived by two sisters, Ann
and Mary, and a brother, Kenefick.
Rites will be held Monday
afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at fee
residence. The Bev. William H.

Age 92 of Tonawanda. Wife of 52 years to the late Floyd W. Sanderson who died in 2007, mother of Carol (Richard) Hofmann, Matthew (Deborah) Sanderson, Thomas (late Deborah) Sanderson and Amy (Jeffrey) Miller, 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, daughter of the late Reuben and Vera Jedele and sister of the late Alice Krupp and James Jedele. Also many nieces and nephews. Nancy was a lifelong member of Tonawanda United Methodist Church. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday February 20, 2024 from 3-7 PM at JOHN 0. ROTH FUNERAL HOME, INC., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts.) City of Tonawanda, where the Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday February 21, 2024 at 11 AM.
