    TOWN OF NIAGARA — Dale "Ronnie" Rinker, 52, of the Town of Niagara, NY, died on Sunday, December 26, 2010 in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY, following a brief illness. Born on August 11, 1958 in Lewiston, NY, he was the son of the late Dale and Angeline (Gemmati) Rinker.

    Ronnie, as he was known by family and friends, was a lifelong resident of the Town of Niagara, NY. He attended local schools and graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield High School. On August 11, 2001, Ronnie married the former Karla Bartel. She predeceased him on July 10, 2009. He was employed as a truck driver for various companies, until his retirement on November 23, 2010. Ronnie was a lifetime member of the Niagara Active Hose Volunteer Fire Company in the Town of Niagara, NY, where he presently resides as President of their exempt's organization.

    Ronnie is survived by two step-daughters, DeeAnn Conklin of Elmira, NY and Amanda (Joe) Hescox of the Town of Niagara, NY; one granddaughter, Merissa Hescox; two brothers, Phillip "John" (Eileen) Rinker of North Carolina and David (fiance' Sue Dell) Rinker of the Town of Niagara, NY; one aunt, Antoinette; nieces and nephews, Jerimy, Kim, David II and Mitchell; and many cousins.

    Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY (297-9007), where a funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara Active Hose Volunteer Fire Company, 6010 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14305 or to the Niagara Active Hose Volunteer Fire Company Exempts Organization, 6010 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14305.

    TOWN OF NIAGARA — David R. Rinker II, 29, of the Town of Niagara, NY, died, unexpectedly, on Monday, December 27, 2010 at his residence. Born on July 5, 1981 in Lewiston, NY, he was the son of David R. (Sue Dell) Rinker of the Town of Niagara, NY and Paulette (Pucak) (Daniel Hosie) Rinker of the Town of Niagara, NY.

    David was a lifelong resident of the Town of Niagara, NY, and attended local schools. He graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield High School in 1999. David went on and attended Niagara County Community College as well as Buffalo State College, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. He was currently employed by Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Lewiston, NY. David was a Michigan University fan. He was an avid bowler. David enjoyed bowling on many leagues and various athletics including golf.

    In addition to his parents, David is survived by his maternal grandmother, Pauline Pucak of the Town of Niagara, NY; one brother, Mitchell Rinker of the Town of Niagara, NY and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Myron Pucak; and his paternal grandparents, Dale and Angeline Rinker.

    Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY (297-9007). Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, December 31st at 9:00 AM in St. Vincent de Paul Parish at St. LeoÕs Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. If desired, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094 or to the American Heart Association, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220.
