Charles A. Miles 70, of Cambria, NY, husband of 43 years to Linda (Balcom) Miles, passed away on Sunday April 14, 2019 in the Eastern Niagara Hospital Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 23, 1949, he was the son of the late Van and Edna (Wilkins) Miles. Charles served in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1972.  Mr. Miles married Linda Balcom on April 10, 1976. He was an assembly line worker, employed by Harrison Radiator/GM for 32 years, retiring in 2002. Charles was an avid racing and sports fan, and he had passion for trains, and John Deere tractors. He had a great love for his dogs.
Surviving is his wife Linda; his son Christopher Miles (Sonia Reed); 3 daughters, Erin Miles (Paul Saunders), Kara Miles and Ashlee (Michael) Shea; his brother Darryl Miles, 11 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews
Family and friends may call on THURSDAY from  2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOMES INC., 3648 Ransomville Road, Ransomville, NY. Funeral services will be held on FRIDAY (April 19th) at 11:00 AM in the funeral home with Rev. Mark Auernhamer officiating. Interment will follow in North Ridge Cemetery Town of Cambria, NY.

of Lockport, NY entered into rest Sunday, May 17, 2020 in Eastern Niagara Hospital. He was born in Town of Porter, NY July 14, 1954, the son of the late Van Clinton Miles and Edna Wilkins Miles. Darryl worked for over 30 years at Harrison Radiator retiring in 2002. Member of St Peter's Lutheran Church on North Ridge Road. He enjoyed racing, bowling and all sports including the NY Yankee's. Father of Brett (Rebecca) Miles of Amherst, NY and Barton (Kristina) Miles of Lockport, NY. Grandfather of Lillian Miles. Brother of the late Charles Miles. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorials to a charity of one's Choice would be appreciated by the family.
