Tonawanda; Mrs. William Mueller, Haver, Mont., and Erna Mehls, Lewiston. Also survived by 20 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was an honorary member of St. Mark's Ladies Aid Society. Friends may call at the family residence where services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m., and St. Mark's Lutheran Church at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Paul H. Fretthold will officiate. Interment in St. Mark's Lutheran Cemetery.

    MEHLS – Mrs. Erna E. Mehls, 67, of 1826 Ridge Road, Lewiston, N.Y., unexpectedly Friday evening (Nov. 27, 1964) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Mehls was a practical nurse at Niagara County Infirmary for 15 years. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Harold Korff of Lewiston; four granddaughters and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Road, North Tonawanda, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where services will be at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Theodore Rehkopf will officiate. Interment in North Ridge Cemetery, North Ridge, N.Y.

    Funeral rites for the late Helen Mueller, 22, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Mueller of Havre, who died in Great Falls Friday, were held from the German Lutheran Church of Havre Wednesday at 2 p.m. The deceased was born in Medford, Wisconsin, and came to Havre with her parents in 1912. She graduated from high school here and attended college in Helena. She taught school near Helena and later near Bozeman. When she moved to Great Falls she was employed in an office. Besides her parents, she is survived by three sisters and six brothers. The pallbearers at the funeral were Ernest and W.H. Gerky, Einar, Russell and Arnold Peterson, and Carl Guckenberg.

    VOELKER - Clarence A. Voelker, aged 42, of 281 Division St., North Tonawanda, died Wednesday, morning (Jan. 12, 1955) at DeGraff Memorial Hospital after brief illness. Born in LaSalle, NY, Mr Voelker resided for the greater part of his life in North Tonawanda and was employed as a machinist at Bell Aircrtft Co. He was a member of Ascension Church and the Holy Name Society of the church. He is survived by his wife, Julia (nee Marczynski); a daughter, Mary Ann; three brothers, Norman, Wilmer and Christian Voelker and three sisters, Mrs. Emma Luescher, Mrs. Oliver Terry and Mrs. Earl Valiquette, all of North Tonawanda. He was the son of the late Christian and Agnes Senechal Voelker. Friends may call at the residence, 281 Division St., North Tonawanda, where services will be held Saturday morning at 8:30 and at 9 a.m. at Ascension Church, the Rev. Francis J. Hunt officiating.     Coroner enquires into auto death of little boy
    North Tonawanda, Sept. 6 - Accompanied by State Trooper J. S. Cole, Coroner J. E. Helwig today visited the scene of the fatal accident that resulted in the death of Clyde Cozad, six years old, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Cozad, when run down by an automobile driven by Richard E. Keingenberg of Niagara Falls on the Ward Road near St. Johnsburg yesterday afternoon. The officers took measurements and questioned a number of school children and residents in the vicinity as to circumstances connected with the case. Some of them corroborated the statement of the driver that the boy ran across the highway in front of his car, but the boy's mother told The Courier-Express representative that her son was standing in the driveway in front of his home when struck and carried 40 feet along the highway. Dr. Helwig said that he will hold an inquest before rendering a verdict. The boy's funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the residence. Burial will be in St. Mark's Cemetery on the Niagara Falls Boulevard. The Rev. Paul Fretthold of St. Mark's Evangelical Church, Washington Street, will officiate. Besides the parents, a brother, Paul, and two sisters, Ruth and Natalie, survive.

    Don is survived by his five children, Stephanie O'Brien, Virginia, Julie (Joseph) Hess, Lyndonville, Robert (Marianne) Durow, Batavia, Nancy (Paul) Fordham, Clyde, and Susan Durow, Lyndonville; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a brother and two sisters. Her hobbies included painting, playing guitar and she played in several small bands. Survivors include her husband, Russell Stewart.     Mr. Luescher was an Army/Air Corp veteran serving during the Korean War from 1950-1954. He had been a service technician employed with Xerox Corporation in Buffalo, NY, until his retirement. Richard spent many hours enjoying his family and grandchildren often at baseball and soccer events. 
    Richard was married to Audrey Kolb Luescher who predeceased him in 1975. He is survived by his two daughters Cheryl (Stephen) Jackson and Lori (James) Leising; grandchildren, Michael (Carrie), Scott (Jesse), Ryan (Sara), Benjamin (Brooke), Andrew (Andrea) and Nicole; along with great-grandchildren, Addison, Riley, Kinslee, Mark, Brooke, Audrey, Aiden and Emersyn. 
    A private burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
