    NIAGARA FALLS —
    Richard G. Kelberer, 86, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed from this life on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 in Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Niagara Falls, NY, following a lengthy illness. Born on November 1, 1926 in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of the late Clarence and Isabel (Briggs) Kelberer.
    Mr. Kelberer came to Niagara Falls, NY as a child with his family and attended local schools. For over thirty-years, Richard was employed by the Red Coach Inn in Niagara Falls, NY. He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. Mr. Kelberer enjoyed traveling and classic movies. Richard took great pride in his home town of Niagara Falls.
    Mr. Kelberer is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and a close friend, Henry Murray of Niagara Falls, NY. Richard was predeceased by one brother, Robert Kelberer; and special cousins, William Kelberer, Mildred "Millie" Neville and Helen Mayne.
    There will be no prior visitation. Private graveside services will be held in Riverdale Cemetery in Lewiston, NY. Arrangements have been entrusted to the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007).
