Erie County Medical Center after a
lengthy iUness. A life long resident
of North Tonawanda Mr. Wasieczko
was an army veteran of World War
II, a retired employee of National
Grinding Wheel Co. and a member
of the St. Joseph's Holy Name Society.
Beloved husband of Leocadia (Lil)
(nee Broniszewski) Wasieczko;
dearest father of Paul (Paula), Mrs.
Thomas (Theresa) Karkau, George
(Debbie) and Mrs. Steven (Ann)
Heuer; proud grandfather of Stacey
Wasieczko, Sandra and Andrew
Karkau; dear brother of Stephen
(Emily), Mrs. Mary Wielgosz, John
(Helen) and the late Metro
(Catherine) and Walter (Katy)
Wasieczko. Also survived by several
nieces and nephews.

Olivet Cemetery. Catholic Wake
Services will be held on Friday

LOCKPORT — George Wasieczko, 55, of North Tonawanda, entered into rest on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Niagara Hospice. Born July 1, 1955 in North Tonawanda to the late Roman and Leocadia (nee Broniszewski). George was a member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church and he was a shop technician at Praxair in Niagara Falls.

Beloved husband of Deborah (nee Allen); dear father of Stacey, Amy (Matthew) Bretherton and Raymond; brother of Paul (Paula), Theresa (Thomas) Karkau and Ann (Steven) Heuer; uncle of Sandra (Michael) Coffta, Andrew Karkau and three great-nieces; also survived by his parents-in-law, Joan (Robert) McCarty; sister-in-law, Tracy (Gary) DeGregorio) Montie; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Relatives and friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the HILLIARD-CREASEY FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 147 Delaware St., Tonawanda, NY 14150, where a funeral service will be Thursday at 10 AM. Rev. Kathleen DeRushia will officiate. Interment, Elmlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Niagara Hospice would be appreciated.
