WINTER-Mrs. Bertha Winter,
70, of 98 Miller St., North Tona-
wanda, died Saturday evening,
April 11, 1953, in her residence
after a long illness. A lifelong
resident of North Tonawanda, she
was a member of Friedens Evan-
gelical Reformed Church. She is
survived by her daughter, Mrs.
Siegmund Hoppe; a grandson,
William Hoppe; a brother, Gus-
tave Unferdross of North Tona-
wanda. Friends may call at the
Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam
St., Tonawanda, where services
will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday. The
Rev. Carl E. Berges will officiate.
Burial will be in Friedens Cem-
etery.

Bertha married WINTER, Benjamin J about 1928. Benjamin (son of WINTER, Conrad John and WEGNER, Maria) was born about 1876 in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY; died on 28 Apr 1949 in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Miller street, died this morning after
a lingering illness. She is survived
by her parents and one sister, Luetta
The funeral will be held Sunday after
noon at two o'clock from the home.
Interment will be in Frieden's ceme
tery. Rev. E. A. Schultz will offic
late.
