August Unferdross, forty - three
years old, of 98 Mi l l e r street died
yesterday at a Buffalo hospital. His
death was caused by pneumonia
Unferdross came to America from
Germany with his parents when a
boy and lived in the Tonawandas the
remainder of his life. He is survived
by his parents. Mr. and Mrs. William
Unferdross; two brothers, Karl and
Gustav Unferdross, and one sister,
Mrs. William Ribbeck, all of North
Tonawanda. The funeral will be
held tomorrow afternoon from Ihe
late home at 2 o'clock. Rev. E, A.
Sehhtts of Frieden's Church will of
ficiate and burial will be in t h e City
cemetery. Unferdross was a member
of Tonawandas Aerie, No. 1411.

NORTH TONAWANDA -
Gustave H. Unferdross, 78, of
248 Bryant St., a retired machinist,
died today (April 29,
1959) at his home after a long
illness.
A native of. Germany, he
lived most of his life in this
area and was employed by Trico
Products of Buffalo for 20
years, retiring nine years ago.
He is survived by his wife,
Mrs. Esther Rogers Unfer-
dross; two sons, Kenneth W.
and Norman C. Unferdross; a
daughter, Mrs. Elmer Voelker
all of this city; four grandchildren
and two great grandchildren.
The Rev. Merton L. Baseler
will conduct the funeral service
at 2 p.m. Friday at the Wattengel
Funeral Home. Burial
will be in White Chapel Memorial
Park.

wanda, died Saturday evening,
April 11, 1953, in her residence
after a long illness. A lifelong
resident of North Tonawanda, she
was a member of Friedens Evan-
gelical Reformed Church. She is
survived by her daughter, Mrs.
Siegmund Hoppe; a grandson,
William Hoppe; a brother, Gus-
tave Unferdross of North Tona-
wanda. Friends may call at the
Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam
St., Tonawanda, where services
will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday. The

Unferdross, 60. of the Tuscarora
road, town of. Niagara, died yesterday
at Mt. S t Mary's hospital, Niagara
Falls. Mr. Unferdross was
a native of North Tonawanda and
had made his home in Tonawanda
until three years ago. when he removed
to the Tuscarora road. He
was a member of Tonawanda Aerie,
No. 1141, Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Surviving are a brother, Gustave
H. Unferdross, and a sister. Mrs.
Benjamin Winter, both of North
Tonawanda.
The funeral will be held tomor-
