Mrs. Esther Zastrow, 49 years old, died this morning at her home, 44 Freeman street, Buffalo. Mrs. Zastrow was born in Tonawanda, where she resided until going to Buffalo seven years ago. Stricken with paralysis in December of last year, she failed to recover from the ailment. She was a member of the Bethany Lutheran
church of Buffalo and the Ladies' Aid Society. Mrs. Zastrow is survived by her husband, Otto Zastrow, Buffalo; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. August Herman, Tonawanda; four sisters, Mrs. Hugo Dornfeld, North Tonawanda, Mrs. Bert Lawrence, Mrs. Ivory Shain and Mrs. John English. Tonawanda, and three brothers, Edward Herman, Marblehead OH., John Herman, Tonawanda, and Charles Herman, Buffalo

Esther married ZASTROW, Otto Frederick on 6 Oct 1904. Otto (son of ZASTROW, August and KINDERMANN, Amelia Emilie) was born on 6 Nov 1879 in Prussia; died after 1930. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
