LOCKPORT, June 2.-Frank R.
Winters, 66, of 266 Gaston street,
died today after a long illness. He
was born in the Town of Cambria.
For 20 years he had been employed
by the Cocker Saw Company, Inc.
He was a member of the First English
Lutheran church.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs.
Julia Class, Mrs, Herman Rohde and
Mrs. Charles Ferguson, Lockport;
three sons, Hubert O., Watertown,
Seymour F. and Edward P.; Lockport,
three sisters and two brothers.
Services will be held Monday at 3
p.m. at the Prudden Funeral home.
Burial will be In Trinity Lutheran
Cold Spring cemetery.

Frank married BLUHM, Bertha W about 1909. Bertha (daughter of BLUHM, Fred E and BRAUER, Augusta M Dorothea Wilhelmine) was born in Mar 1887 in Germany; died on 21 Apr 1947 in Town of Newfane, Niagara County, NY. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

OLCOTT - Mrs. Pauline Dutter, 80 of 1537 Jackson
St., died Tuesday, (Feb. 6, 1968) in Lockport Memorial
Hospital after a long illness
She was bom June 19, 1887
in the Town of Lockport, the
daughter of Frederick and Augusta
Winters.
Her first husband, Arthur
Bishkoff, died in 1920. She was
remarried again in 1924 to Clinton
Dutter and he died in 1959.
She had been a resident of
this community for 19 years
and was a member of the Faith
Lutheran Church, Newfane.
Survivors include two daughters,
Mrs. John P. Hermann
and Mrs. Wiftard Walsh, both
of Lockport; four grandchildren
and 10 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Prudden
and Kandt Funeral Home,
Lockport from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. Services will be held Friday
at 11 a.m. at the funeral
home. The Rev. William Dallman
will officiate. Burial will
be in Cold Spring Cemetery,
Lockport.

LOCKPORT. July 26 A former
Lockport resident. Otto E. Winters,
who died July .16 at the age
of 62 in Elyria, O., was the son of
the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Winters,
of this city. He left here 35 years
ago for Elyria where he engaged in
the contracting business. Surviving
are his wife, the former Jcineite
Haworth Winters, one daughter,
three ions, one. brother and three
sisters. Services and buriaL were held
at Elyria.

LOCKPORT-Seymour Winters,
59, of 35 Phelps St. died
suddenly at his home Saturday
(Nov. 20, 1971). The first aid
squad responded to the home
about 7 p.m. and the
resuscitator was used. He was
taken to Lockport Memorial
Hospital where he was
pronounced dead on arrival.
A native of Lockport, he was
born Jan. 13, 1912, the son of
Frank and Bertha Bluhm
Winters and was employed by
the Niagara County Fruit Cold
Storage firm until it closed
several years ago. Since that
time, he was a maintenance
employe at Mount View
Hospital.
He served in the U.S. Army
during WW II and was a
member of the First English
Lutheran Church.
.He is survived by his wife,
Pelores Naylor Winters; two
sons, Herbert Winters of
Watertown and Edward
Winters of' Lockport; three .
daughters, Mrs. Howard
(Sharon) Garlock, Mrs.
Herman (Katherine) Rhode
and Mrs. William (Mildred)
Spear, all of Lockport and,
Several nieces and nephews.

Home, 242 Genesee St. where
services will be held at 2 p.m.
Tuesday. The Rev. Lee
Mathers Miller will officiate.
Burial will be in Glenwood

Barbara E. Wurl passed away July 21, 2016 in the Brookdale Senior Living Complex in Hendersonville, TN. Barbara was born July 18, 1932 in Lockport, NY, the daughter of Julius M., Jr. and Esther B (Winters) Class. She was married to the late Norman C. Wurl who passed away July 14, 2010. Barbara enjoyed reading, painting, raising Orchids, but most of all she enjoyed her loving family.

Surviving Barbara are her children; Linda (Darrell) Oswald of Orlinda, TN, Mark C. (Patricia) Wurl of Brentwood, TN, Douglas N. (Maripat Abbott) Wurl of Sewickley, PA and Beth W. (Timothy) Bicker of Newfane, NY; grandmother of James (Katie) and Kevin (Michelle) Oswald, Alexis and Rachel Wurl; great grandmother of Stephanie, Ashley, Kaylee Oswald and Tyler Green. She is also survived by her siblings Robert (Elaine) Class, James (Sharon) Class, Roger (Gretchen) Class and Kathleen Class; also several nieces and nephews and was pre-deceased by her brother Julius (Arlene) Class, III.

There will be no prior visitation. A memorial service will be held Thursday July 28, 2016 at 11AM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, NY.
