Grandfather of Sean (Christine) and Michael O'Connor, Shannon (Ryan) Tuke, Ryan (Emily) and Patrick (Lisa) O'Connor, Andrea and Alex DeRosa. Great-grandfather of Quinn, Avery, Violet, Owen, Evelyn, Lacey and Gianna. Brother of Patricia (Harry) Powell, Maureen (late Joseph) Weber and the late Lorne O'Connor and Kathleen VeRost. 
    Friends may call Saturday 9-11 AM at the Kaiser Funeral Home, 1950 Whitehaven Rd., Grand Island. A memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 11:30 AM at St. Stephen's Church. 
    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors or Elderwood at Grand Island.

    Of Grand Island, Formerly of Lewiston. Wife of Louis DeRosa. Mother of Andrea DeRosa and Alex (Alexandra) DeRosa. Sister of Daniel (Christine) OConnor and the late Thomas (survived by wife Donna) OConnor. Daughter of the late John and Evelyn (nee Shannon) OConnor. Proud aunt and great aunt to 13 nieces and nephews, and 18 great nieces and great nephews. Also survived by her beloved 4 legged family. Lorraine is remembered as the most loving mother to her children, a great connector of friends and family, a dedicated employee of 49 years to Benchmark Management Corp. as a Divisional VP, and a proud member of LAOH and SAHMA. Above all else, she loved her family and friends, travel, her Adirondack cabin, live music, and a glass of red wine. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 5-7:30 PM at the Kaiser Funeral Home 1950 Whitehaven Rd., Grand Island. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 AM at St. Stephens Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation and CancerCare Co-Payment Assistance Foundation.

    Joseph C. Weber IV, 56, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away unexpectedly on February 28, 2022 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Born in Lewiston, NY, he was the son of Maureen A. (O’Connor) Weber and the late Joseph C. Weber III. 
    Joseph graduated from Niagara Wheatfield High School and attended the University at Buffalo and Niagara University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism.  He was the Co-Manager of Cayuga Village Mobile Home Park in Niagara Falls, NY and a real estate agent for many years.  Joe was a former member of the Niagara Falls Board of Realtors.  
    Joe was a kind gentle man who loved his daughter, Bridget and his family.  He was a man who had many friends.  Joe had a great sense of humor and smiled often.  He loved to watch The Office and Seinfeld because they made him laugh. He also loved to listen to the bands Rush, Van Halen, Triumph and Iron Maiden.
    In addition to his mother, Joe is survived by his daughter, Bridget (Jeffrey) Laughlan; siblings, Matthew T. (Mary) Weber, Esq. and Carrie (Tim) Buchman; nieces and nephews, Riley Weber, Jack Weber, Connor Weber, Zach Buchman and Andy Buchman; Aunts, Quain Weber and Marlane (late Terry) McGarry as well and several cousins.
    Visitation will be on Friday, March 4 from 4 -7 PM at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.  Joseph’s Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 AM at St. John de LaSalle Church, 8447 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.  Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.   Memorial offerings may be made to Tunnel to Towers or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
