Mr. Garlapow
NORTH TONAWANDA - Gustave Garlapow, 76, of 375 Stanley St., died unexpectedly Thursday (Nov. 26, 1964) in DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Born in Buffalo, he lived in this city for 52 years and was employed by the Van Raalte Co. for 42 years before his retirement in 1957. He was a member of Friedens United Church. His wife, the former Minnie Janowsky, died several years ago. Surviving are two sons, Milton W. Garlapow, this city, and Raymond A. Garlapow, Arcade, N.Y.; a sister, Mrs. Frieda Sutherland, Niagara Falls, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Wattengel Funeral Home by Rev. Carl Marks. Burial will be in Friedens Cemetery.

Gustav married JANOWSKY, Minna L in 1912 in New York. Minna (daughter of JANOWSKY, William and KARKAU, Auguste) was born in Sep 1893 in North Tonawanda, Niagara County, NY; died about 1962. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
