August 38 at the home of her
    nephew, Fred Barnum, In Wilson,
where the cake which Mrs. Barnum
will mike for the occasion will be
only slightly more elaborate than Its
    many predecessors.
    Miss Wollaber has many friends
in Wilson where she has Attended
    field day celebrations since the
first one. which fell on her birtnday.
    About friends. Miss Wollaber has
said for a number of years: "I have
lost many through the years, but I
    am always finding new ones."
Though she now finds it necessary
to use A "reading glass" Miss
    Wollaber reads the newspapers each
day. Occasionally she makes a trip
to the business district with her
    niece.
    Miss Wollaber's formula for the
excellent health she always has en-
    joyed follows:
"Above all, don't worry. Keep ac-
tive, forget yourself and try to do
something for someone else. If I
come up to a bit of trouble. I take
it to the Lord and He always points.
out a way where I can come out all
    right."

Born In the Town of Cambria,
    Miss Wollaber recalls the stories
told by her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
    William Wallace Wollaber. about
their "coming to the West." Her
father first taught school in Warren's
    Corners before becoming a
    farmer In Cambria. Her mother
taught in Herkimer for 10 shillings
a week, before the trip to the
"West," with four of her mother's
cousins and their wives, was made
    by a horse-drawn canal boat.
    Miss Wollaber's chief recollection

of Lincoln'* election on the full din-
ner pall slogan was her own relief
because ahe had overheard so often
the prediction. "We'll all atarve If
    Lincoln doesn't get ln."
